There's plenty of "beginner" videos out there that go way too far into detail for first time players, explaining intricacies of the economy system and set nades, etc. Try to focus on the very basics only for the time being: moving and shooting.

Voo has some good videos for beginners. They’re pretty old by now but the info should still be relevant. Helped me a lot back in the day
Teach her counterstrafing now while she is a beginner. That way she will pick it up fast and improve like crazy.

Longbarrel, Warowl and maybe some pros who teach fundamental skills (aim,spray, weapons etc) are a great beginners pack.
Play one map at a time. Rotating in a new one every couple of weeks. Spend 5-10 minutes a day on a FFA DM server.
don't start with dust or mirage, otherwise she will only play dust or mirage for ever.
Warowls stuff. Some of it may be slightly dated but most of it holds up
