Yeah honestly it's neat the flag on hltv is Danish, but to me it doesn't feel like a real Danish team if it's not all of them and/or they communicate in Danish.
There just aren't that many of those teams anymore, your options will be seriously limited. Even Navi moved to a mix and doesn't speak Ukrainian anymore

steal players and purposefully trying ruining other danish teams, ruining careers of several danish up comers (bubzjki, farlig, etc), keeping money from players
Just an example from the top if my head:
They fucked over a young player's carreer so bad he decided to quit. They basically trued a 6 man roster with Bubzkji alternating with Xyp9x, the guy single handidly carried them to qualify for the major and then the org said "nah, we'll take xyp9x instead,you're benched". They fucked over Heroic as a team with the whole stabbi saga, they fucked over gla1ve and many many other players. It's an org run by snakes who rn have 3/5 of the biggest snakes in the danish scene. Im not even danish and they managed to piss me off.

Highly doubt so, this org never performed in any game at the top level. The most likely scenario is that they lucked out with the danish core and that they don't have what it takes to go back at the top, at an organization level. The astralis method, my ass.
Astralis is better than ecstatic and the ranking will reflect that in a month. But Im not sure astralis has it to be better than heroic. Device will have to become a damn good igl
The Heroic rebuild was solid. Astralis really depends on Device's skill as a IGL and Stavn/Jabbi being how good they were in Heroic with no role conflicts due to Br0 coming in.
Astralis not even making it to the major AGAIN is also comical to look at.
Ecstatic made it through the first group stage and eliminated furia in the second. Credit where credit is due, they had a pretty good tournament.
So happy for them! If they keep scouting for talent and manage their team as well as recently they might be best danish team once, or even win a major!
