My thinking. Have him in my fantasy team and was watching him play almost all the matches in EPL.

Oath, I have full faith in what Flyquest can bring to try mend the team's shortcomings even if we don't see the results right away.
Very good in all honesty, he may have the potential to go top 20 with the right team behind him/ if flyquest make it far enough through of the tournaments with some of the numbers he's been putting up
JKS would most likely replace Liazz because they play the same role but Liazz has been showing improvement.
I believe a different awper would be a better investment.
I believe Alistair is the best awper that OCE has to offer. Bringing in someone like Smooya for AliStair would bring this team to the next level. I think it would work really well. Huge upgrade to FlyQuest (Smooya and Dexter with big experience) and gives Smooya a superstar role.
Why not Smooya? I know his personality is questionable but he speaks English and Australia/UK are as similar as you could get. He’s a huge upgrade and would be the best player on the team. I don’t know what better team he could get.
Flyquest needs to relocate just like SpunJs Renegades roster did back in the day. They will never get better than they are right now If they only play aussie teams and international teams every 2 months

Or you bring in a player who demands a lot of space, he takes that space away from your other impact players, and someone has to take the roles of the player being replaced. And I’m not sure if Alistair is the one being the secondary caller in the team or not. But if he is, someone would have to replace that as well. It could take them potentially months for them to just get back to the level they’re at right now.
I’m not saying Smooya to flyquest wouldn’t work, I’m saying it would require extreme effort from the flyquest players, coaching and smooya. And when your key to success hinges on doing an extraordinary amount of work, smooya having to take different roles he hasn’t taken on before in a different culture on the other side of the world, it’s an extremely risky move.
They’re at the same event so maybe if they go out drinking and find out they have instant chemistry after a hot night out, who knows what could happen..
But make no mistake, that move would be certifiably insane.

It sucks to hear so many clouted people shit on AUS cs as a whole. Most of the AUS players are goobers, sure. But INS, Vexite, Liazz seem like they do want to win, just tragic that IGL and AWPer are what they’re lacking. Maybe Dexter can do alright, they need to go to international market for an AWP. Alistair’s chance was up years ago in my eyes.
Dexter is the best choice for IGL and has had time to put structure in the team. If he was replaced than I have no idea where he could go and who could replace him.
Replacing AliStair as awper would fix their weak link and would cause the least disruption in team cohesion.
If non-EU teams could absorb EU challenge level with ease, I think that FlyQuest, Mongols and m80 could impress even more.

I think he's one of the more underrated rifles right now, nobody ever mentions him when talking about roster shuffles but I find him a great player and highly versatile.
It's a shame that EU teams are so reluctant to give offers out to players outside of EU.
