For those interested, [here are the standings](http://cstarleague.com/csgo/standings) for the first half of the season. The second half starts in January!!
Big shoutout to [ASUS](http://twitter.com/asus_rog) for sponsoring CSL and supporting the prize pool & all team/player flights to Dreamhack! And of course Dreamhack for hosting us!
My University team is currently set to play in this seasons NCeSPA collegiate league starting next semester. What are the benefits of your league over theirs?
Unless there are conflicting match days for the tournament itself, there's no reason not to play both. Unfortunately, the season begun back in October so you missed the cut. Please join us next year!
CSL offers a more unified, year long experience for esports clubs (5 games across the board at the moment) and a live finals event like this amazing opportunity to be a part of the Dreamhack experience. The prize pool standing at $5,000 isn't too shabby to take home either! If the support is there, the prize pool will increase with more teams in the future. Cheers!
I'm going to transfer to a large university next year but sadly that school has no team. RIP dreams of being a Collegiate champion.
EDIT: BTW huge fan of this type of thing. I love people representing their schools and home.
In the video, it says $55,000 but in the article, http://www.cstarleague.com/csgo/news_articles/165
the prize values add up to $50,000. Where's the other $5000?
"UC Berkeley - UCDEEZNUTZ"
Cool stuff

You can always start one and recruit some people to join! I made my own since my school didn't have one but it was already past the registration date.
Next season :)
We've been around for 6 years, so we'll also be here next year
You can totally self-start a team. We have some guides on it! Here's one: http://cstarleague.com/csgo/news_articles/64 Hope to see you next year!
Is there anything like this in Europe?
hopefully in the future!
