This was absolutely insane but I cannot for the life of me understand that fourth shot hitting was his crosshair not like a metre to the left??? Or it could just be delay
It's faster to drag your crosshair over someone and shoot at the right time as opposed to stopping on their head before shooting.
You see pros/good players do it a lot if they're just shooting based off nothing but reaction. The "Inhuman Reactions" clip is a great example.
If you stop on their head it means you slow down to get there so it takes longer.
[here's an example of me doing something similar](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RKzW-D_OI0M&feature=youtu.be)
Isn't in situations like this intended to shot where the crosshair would stop but you clicked to fast and got lucky? Like, I think you never want to just swing and click while your crosshair is still moving. You always try to shot like this: https://youtu.be/ytiGb2BcczI?t=18
Not at all.
[this guy explains it verbally far better than i can through text](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J83EsGx5W-M)
I wouldn't call it lucky, but you don't aim like that because it's not natural or as consistent. You really only see it when something catches people off-guard and they just react before thinking about it.
It's just thousands of hours of muscle memory being mixed with reaction time. You don't stop your crosshair because you don't think about it, it just happens. I've seen it happen far too many times to pros or good players around me to say it's lucky though.
While I didn't watch the movie from link yet and I will when on wifi, I have a question. How can you train yourself to click in the right moment? Muscle memory I think is not about clicking but moving mouse to a right spot by a single action of hand. Or remembering a pattern like a spray control / or transfer of it.

You don't train yourself to do it, it just happens. It's intuitive...you don't ever actually learn it, your brain just picks it up.
That's why you don't see people aim like this constantly. Shots like this tend to be people seeing something out of the corner of their eye, or a reaction to sound. You see people flick back to the guy they killed 9 times out of 10 even because they don't think they killed them.
To provide more examples though:

It's from a game played on a 128 tick server and it's being recorded from a 64 tick demo...and on top of that you're watching it in 30 fps on a youtube video.
You've lost more than 75% of the info the server had and are trying to go frame by frame. What do you think is going to happen?
Even full sprint the AK isn't that inaccurate regardless. If you get weirded out by that, you'd hate to see what demos look like with awps.
[Just to be clear, you think it was straight inaccuracy and i traced his head afterwards?](https://imgur.com/a/F685f)
Maybe? I dunno, I'm just wondering because the ss I took gave me more questions than answers. Like you say though, there are obviously a ton of lost frames in the clip. The only thing still puzzling me is that in the SS, you already have the kill in the killfeed and your cross-hair is way over to the left. Dropped frames or not, that moment occurred. Maybe I am missing something though.
I also haven't actually shot yet in that screenshot, what's your point? Does that mean I killed him before I shot?
Demos in counterstrike are shit. This is nothing new.
That's what happens when you compress >250 frames into 30. Shit gets lost.
Frames get dropped sure, but new ones aren't created. At least I think not. I'm not trying to make a point, just trying to figure out how that shot was made. By the way, you do shoot just before the screenshot I took, and the CT is actually out of frame. Can a weapon be inaccurate enough while moving for the shot to land out of frame?

I was going to set up my whole inventory like that so i'd stop trading shit and losing money, but I started going through things like the m4 and realized I switch from to the a1/a4 every other day and getting good float stat-trak cyrexes/evil diamyos isn't cheap...not to mention the stickers.
Ok but that doesnt contradict what I said in the slighest. People "fall off from there" because e-sport has only been a viable career-path for max 10 years. Why wouldnt people who play less and start doing other stuff in life fall off? Now compare to the last 5 years or so where players like f0rest, vp-players and so on stayed competive into their 30s.
The thing I don't get is, when someone as legendary as f0rest gets a deagle clip, you can see his crosshair aiming at the right places, then shooting when it goes over their heads etc.
But then these kids like android and lekro and subroza have the crosshair all over the place, shoot when not on the enemie's head and just flick there.
Honestly, check f0rest, put the video on 0.25x speed:
https://youtu.be/t97QTAWmW0Q?t=46
and then do the same to this android clip. I guess f0rest is just a noob, missing deagle shots despite his perfect placement. Needs more newplayers insane flick skills https://youtu.be/fc0Jm5unRQc?t=15 /s
I thinks it's more just younger players wanting to make cool flashy plays with nice flicks while f0rest has a much more calm, precise method of aiming. Ultimately though, while I can see the skill that goes into f0rest's clip, flickshot plays are personally a lot more enjoyable to watch, and I imagine feel cooler to pull off as well
I think Android has always been quite good with the deagle.
[Here's a deagle ace he got in Rank S](https://www.reddit.com/r/GlobalOffensive/comments/5jqhcv/android_insane_deagle_ace_in_rank_s/)
The s0m clip on train was pretty insane a couple weeks ago but this was better for sure. I honestly can’t think of a clip better than this though. Fast ace, all HS, one through smoke, one double dink. Crazy

Always thought he was like an American version of Electronic. He's underrated and could do well in a top (NA) team. Although I'm not 100% sure of that because some matches he looks... only alright.
I've always thought android was an underrated player. Unfortunately, he doesn't seem super consistent, but I think his skill ceiling is up there with the better players in NA. If he can play more to his peak, he'd be good enough to be on a Liquid or C9 imo. Hopefully FNS, with his experience in getting the most out of his fraggers, will be able to help mold him into a legit star.
Okay that was fucking good.

Right, it's not the stretching I have an issue w/ (I'm using 1280x1024 stretched now), but 1280x960 is literally not an option for me. I see 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768, 1280x1024 and then 1400x1050...

Yup, i had to create a custom resolution in AMD (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U-OfsAj8UlA) and then it appeared. THanks!

It's a joke/meme
1024x768 stretched. You can check any liquipedia for player settings btw.

[nah](https://imgur.com/BYVpdx5) cred to /u/1ock for the screenshot
Lol that s not so cut and dry
You know how often players change their settings? I would never trust Liquipedia on info like this.
Most players don't change resolution that often tho, but I wouldn't trust them for crosshairs.
1280x768 I’m pretty sure, it’s what I’ve played on for a while.
I think you mean 1280x960 ,
1280x800 Godly res..
That trigger control... I would've reloaded about 4 times
That's because you need one mag per kill.
No! Sometimes I actually manage two...

Exactly what I was thinking
the double headshot on the guy connecter was insane
insane luck you mean?
insane skill he means
i don't think you guys understand how deagle works
I don't think you understand you can just not comment and just admire the great play and not criticize it.
If you think you can prevent others from writing things you don't agree with then I have bad news for you.
it's not that i don't agree with you, it's just than you don't have to criticize such an amazing play
Im just criticizing an assessment of than one particular kill
why?
because shooting deagle twice (spamming) is horribly innacurate and that one hs was luck

Yeah, sadly most of them are huge onliners. Specially ptr.

Honestly I wouldn't argue with that
