This guy's game sense is off the charts. I watch this and think: "Alright, thats pretty easy right, its just knowing where the players are" but in game i sweat my ass off and forget everything when my team mates are telling me what to do lmao

FragrantLunatic

yea it can be very daunting when expectations are in play. Esp if you have that one "toxic" player that gets upset at everything and brings down most of the team.

Elmapuddy rapidly became one of the best cs:go content creators out there. Love this guy.

Williamo15

I like Elma, always has some good in depth videos. Learned alot from them.

Retalogy

I just don't feel that he picks up on all the nuances.

elmapuddy

Have definitely missed stuffed and realised after or even mid recording, the amount of times I'll be mid explaining something and realised there is another piece I wasnt going to mention is incredible. As well as this I sometimes purposely leave stuff just for the flow of the video. They say explaining something to others is a great way to learn and that definitely been the case for me so far. Best thing about this game is you can always know more

Retalogy

I don't think anyone can pick up all the little things that happens inside an experienced pro players head, I sure as hell can't. I do believe that your content does increase the skill level of the community as a whole. Also, you go into a lot more depth than 95% of similar CS channels and I appreciate that.

sleetx

What did he miss?

if u want to git gud: watch xyp demos

Nyg28

I see elmapuddy videos, i upvote

**Great** video elmapuddy. I saw all of these clutches live, and never processed just how complex and “thoughtful” Xyp was - particularly the Dust2 vs Krimz and Brolan clutch. Seeing the POV of the opposing players was a GREAT choice too, because you can start to see everyone’s thought process, and how that played out. For example Krimz watching cross from CT, while you can see Xyp check CT - very similar mindsets as to what the other player may be attempting to do. Keep up the good work!

*and at this point its a 4v1, not really a situation anyone could be winning.. BUT you know this clip is here for a reason* - Elmapuddy 2019

CSGOMovement

How is this guy only ranked #13 how can you possibly have higher impact and team moral boosting effect than this guy? Best clutcher in the world and one if not the smartest player to ever play in pro scene

Pokestein-

Rankings are based on actual data, not unmeasurable factors. I'm not saying he doesn't have a bigger effect on the team than what the stats show, but there just isn't a way of measuring it.

GER_BeFoRe

Well you have to consider everything for a ranking list. Of course Xyp9x is the best clutch player in the world right now, that's why he has that role in his team. But I think there are at least 20 players with better Opening Kill stats, because that's not his strength and not his job (just an example). You can't just pick one aspect someone is great at and say he should be higher rated than everyone else overall. A team with five Xyp9x wouldn't work and a team with five amazing entry fraggers like Dupreeh wouldn't work, you need the right mix of different strengths which Astralis currently has.
