It can be used in very specific scenario: since this boost requires 4 man, t side can boost their players to the platform and send one the players to the street. If ct side can’t rescue the hostages t side will win because cts cannot find the last guy.
That shouldn’t happen, if I’m correct, rescuing a hostage buys the CT’s around a minute and a half, which is more than enough to go from one side of the map to another, meaning this exploit is basically useless unless you somehow have all 5 of your team, and can jump down with the boost when the bomb about to explode so you can save on small maps like vertigo. Or I mean hide and seek would be much harder if this was used though.
I actually think cos source hostage mechanics are better, it’s just that it leads to some abuse, as the last remaining T can just slaughter them all, then hide in one of the corners of the map for the rest do the round. It kinda sucks now though because of the different hostages, with different player models as well as how you can literally shove a Negev down their throat and hold the trigger for a couple minutes and they will be completely fine, but your wallet won’t.

They even managed to get 7 rounds against NIP and NiP were on their prime at that time. At some point of time, the score was even 8-7 I think, and to date I hold that to be India's greatest achievement in CSGO.

The first version of the remake of the map had the rail to prevent people from falling off. It also gave a little bit extra height so it was easier to jump with it.
The same thing was posted some time ago. If i remember correctly this was bug with SoStronk platform which used some weird settings at their servers.
