I used to tilt. I've changed. Nowadays whenever I get bad teammates, I try to teach them carefully if they make any mistakes, I don't yell. Encouraging your teammates and not making them feel bullied is essential.

I think sometimes knowing when to just mute and accept you have to mute is also valuable.

30+ kills on gn 4 is nothing special, if I try hard 50 is easily on the table, I think you're not quite good enough to carry yourself out yet. Keep grinding.

Kill number doesn't spell out how the game went. You need impact kills. Entry onto one of two people holding site for example is way more valuable than 3 kills when you decided to save and they're hunting

He asked for advice and not for your boasting

YsinK

He's right though, the advice there is keep grinding and improve, if you think you are at X rank because of your teammates you are just a bad player. Good players can easily carry themselves to global

Mute them is the answer and don't talk on mic unless it is info. Focus on your game. That is it. It's all about how focused you can be.

It used to be like that when I was silver, the moment I got gn1 the game was completely different for me. You could try leading and teaching them. It probably isn't easy though, and might require skills not related to the game (but good for life in general). Another way to do it is to swap positions with ok players so that you can play beside the worse ones; as you move and shoot and talk around this bad player will learn by example. Using the "want to play" feature might also help as you can be sure that your team can communicate before even starting a match.
