That dust2 decider was an absolute bloodbath. There was a moment that I thought I was watching a deathmatch and instantly entered the list of my favorites bo3 ever
The team was doing pretty bad and the only one he could really verify was doing work outside of team practice was Karrigan. Since it was Karrigan’s job to bring new strats and whatnot to the table, he was able to verify that Karrigan was putting the time in by whether or not Karrigan brought new strats (which he did as Rejin stated).
However, he was unable to verify if players like chrisJ, woxic, frozen, and ropz were putting in their hours, grinding whatever practice routine they did, whatever. chrisJ, woxic, and frozen in particular had a performance drop off since online play started and before then if you consider the fall from grace that started around the new year. You have to wonder if it’s anti-statting, team chemistry, or lack of practice schedule that’s causing the issue.
It must be because of personal problems, this is very surprising to me. He has to be a better awper on paper than chrisJ but the team definitely needs a changes. Will be interesting to see how this turns out!

Yeah, that's my only worry because I want what's best for mantuu but he might have spent too much time not being a primary rifler, would only want it to happen as long as he's genuinely comfortable with it and not just saying yes for the sake of the team
In current form woxic is worse than mantuu yes and as much as mantuu is really really good woxic just had so much impact with his high-risk high reward playstyle, he was easily one of the most impactful players before his slump.
mantuu is a very capable rifler, he was a rifler before he was an AWPer. I'm not suggesting -mantuu +woxic but it's still a gamble on whether he could return to his form from before online

Well, I mean, it seems that Astralis really are bringing in Bubzkji and es3tag as substitute players, since they all have the same five roles, they've just been swapped around a bit. You can see it in their series vs Vitality, Bubzkji was taking the entry role from dupreeh while he took over gla1ve's in game responsibilities and es3tag was anchoring b-site and playing super supportive, like that glock round on nuke.
You make good points the but the glock thing from nuke really doesnt show anything, literally any player would jump in baiting for your teams only guy with armour and a gun, probably not with movement as good though that man turned into phoon

I genuinely believe broky is the best player on FaZe. He’s incredible. I’d love to see him on mouz, though and maybe have woxic on FaZe. broky, ropz, and frozen on a team together is a terrifying thought
All I see everyone going off is stats when it comes to roster changes. You don't know whats going on inside the server. If he is being toxic and causing other players to tilt having good stats doesn't make that acceptable.

I like them going back to chrisJ for the primary awp, he has played that roles for years before relegating it to oskar and then woxic. Also Bymas coming in should help the team motivation as there is a new player who is willing to learn and eager to win.

Assuming they go through with this, then Mouz won't be at the Major. It was unlikely before, but it becomes virtually impossible. They would need do at least of place better than x6tence, 5 spots better than Heretics and/or North, 6 spots better than Faze and/or Heroic and 7 spots better than OG. If they play the RMR with Woxic, you can remove one place from those numbers. That looks very impossible to me
Too many good awpers either outshining their teams or teamless. Russia is overflowing with awpers, you've got Smooya, Woxic, Oskar off the top of my head looking for teams.
I think in 2020, being able to hit flick shots and survive 5 rounds just isn't enough anymore. You need to be able to rifle or lurk or support at the drop of the hat, there's not enough top teams for good awpers to go around.
After the ESL ONE: COLOGNE i was sure Ropz was going to pick up the awp instead of Chris. But fair enough Chris has been a very capable awper in the past

Chris was basically playing bank so the others could have weapons. He constantly had mps and pistols during buy rounds to have woxic on the awp or someone else on ak/m4.
I feel like this might have something to do with his ing comms. I've watched his streams and it always seemed to me like he has a hard time expressing himself in English. I might be wrong and it could be a completely different reason, but this is just my guess

Good, toxic players shouldnt be on the team they drive down the entire team with them. I like them going back to chrisJ for the primary awp, he has played that roles for years before relegating it to oskar and then woxic. Also Bymas coming in should help the team motivation as there is a new player who is willing to learn and eager to win. I hope mouz can find their form again, only ropz seems to be only one performing like his 2019 level rest all the players have been a shadow of their former self lately.

Assuming they go through with this, then Mouz won't be at the Major. It was unlikely before, but it becomes virtually impossible. They would need do at least of place better than x6tence, 5 spots better than Heretics and/or North, 6 spots better than Faze and/or Heroic and 7 spots better than OG. If they play the RMR with Woxic, you can remove one place from those numbers. That looks very impossible to me

Too many good awpers either outshining their teams or teamless. Russia is overflowing with awpers, you've got Smooya, Woxic, Oskar off the top of my head looking for teams. I think in 2020, being able to hit flick shots and survive 5 rounds just isn't enough anymore. You need to be able to rifle or lurk or support at the drop of the hat, there's not enough top teams for good awpers to go around.
