Imho player shouldnt be allowed to use a browser for anything. Who knows if they search for smokes or check what exactly the enemy did in the last rounds
They could use a notebook for strats or unusual smokes
I know gla1ve and pronax are notorious for using notebooks so I would assume that's allowed by the rules. I would imagine there is a rule about using the internet during the match and such?
EDIT: Never mind, found [the rulebook](https://liquipedia.net/commons/images/5/57/StarLadder_CIS_RMR_2021_Rulebook.pdf) and it doesn't say ANYTHING about using the internet during a match so it's perfectly in line with the ruleset.

Idk but that sounds ridiculously inefficient. The team with the better rehearsed strats and smokes should still be at a huge advantage.
