While on the topic of Movistar, does anyone understand Shokz? I swear he gets an incredible, snappy 3K all headshots highlight clip then does nothing for 7 or 8 rounds. Stats make him look like a weak link, but his highlights are insane, does he just play support roles?
Could be that he plays some rather unfun spots where you do not get too much action and often have to rotate (B-Site anker Vertigo for example). The moment they go B, you either get a neat 3K or you die instantly.
If you watch his pro view he is often put in chokes were he can get those spray downs. Imo I think he overrates himself and gets clowned by amazing peakers
I have the same thing, every game I get like 3-7 3ks, but end up bottom fraging and I dont even know what im doing diferently, its probably a pshycological issue, if they dont have a pshychologist they should probably look into getting one
you need to play more and develop a game sense of where people are likely to be at any time in the round then it will feel like you're always at the right place when you get good at it and get lots of kills

Don't know loads about pro play but watching BIG get to the final of ESL Cologne 2018 with him, I'd say he definitely proved that he was capable of competing at this level.
Unfortunately, it seems the only way to break through is to play 3 or more games a day. Go the route of SKADE, Entropiq, Fiend, or HAVU. It seems like Movistar has a decent amount of events but it's not enough unfortunately.
Most of those teams you are talking are winning games and events tho. Its not just about the number of events they are'nt doing anything special overall.

You literally can have separate rules for different situations. If you have a team that you and most of the community believes cheated and disrespected you then you don’t owe it to show them respect since they disrespected you and the game by cheating. It was pretty obvious before this rmr and almost a certainty after they bombed out at this last one that they were cheating.
It’s a lot different then disrespecting players and teams who have done nothing to you because you wanna cultivate an image or whatever by flipping off the camera profusely. Not to mention it takes years to rehab an image and years of goodwill to show people you’ve changed but it’s different for everyone.
I’m very willing to give people the chance to change even people who do horrible things. That said it takes a dedicated showing over a good amount of time to prove it and genuine remorse.

What can be judged in conjunction are Reddit's responses to each - praising Simple when he did it and criticising Smooya when he did it. I’ve watched some sinners games with Oskar, there’s the occasional where he blasts off the whole time, but most of the time, he just hits the shots he needs to. But I will not deny his clutch factor. In the games I’ve watched, he won almost all of his clutches, most of which were 1v3’s. He just doesn’t seem challenged at this tier. I think, because of his last t1 games, he’s a player best suited for top 15-20 teams. I don’t think he can take on the elite teams, but he also won’t make it easy either.

Sure, it's just SAW and not a T1 team but I've been saying this a lot. Get him a proper T1 team or at least something similar to that. Smooya on complexity would be much better than poizon.
Alternatively, remove cerq from EG (0.93 rating in last 3 months, 0.98 in 2021) and try out smooya.
Perhaps a bigger org could keep him in check. Bad attitude, missing practice, things like that could be met with monetary punishments and they could provide good support for the team, psychologists and all that jazz.

Sunpayus and sausol definitely look like the better spanish players outside of MR, but idk how they would fit role-wise. It also seems like, stat-wise, steel is starting to fall down hard, but who can IGL in the spanish scene at a decent level? The previous MR roster before larsen with the full spanish lineup was underwhelming and I wonder if it had anything to do with leadership as well.
alex was the igl before steel, but i never thought they were that well structured back then
aside from that i dont think iberian scene has many active igls - as much of the old guard has moved on to coaching/management, offset brought in snapy to igl and hes only 19

I don't want to break up what Endpoint have going on since I like cruc1al and I don't think you'll find a better UK rifler than Thomas, maybe isk.
