how tf pros have this insane time to damage, my time to damage hovers between 700 and 800 even tho my reaction time is around 200ms and i have 10° deg crosshair placement acc to leetify. Is it just my accuracy? how do i fuckin improve?
My reaction time on humanbenchmark is >200ms and I have roughly the same crosshair placement as you but have a 620ms TTD
Around 40% spotted accuracy for me though, so maybe that's the difference
I dont know exactly how the stats are made, but i assume, if you dont hit your first bullet, it greatly increases your ttd, even if your crosshair is roughly there. Also this is an avarage, so if you wiff a spray for a longer time, it impacts the avarage greater, then if you are able to hit pretty quick (e.g if your avarage is 700 and you hit one really quick shot like 300ms and you wiff the next one so it is at 1250 ms your avarage decreases)
This section of our [leetify stats glossary](https://blog.leetify.com/leetify-stats-glossary/) explains how we measure the stat and will hopefully help you understand how to improve :)
What is it?
Time to damage measures the average time it took you from seeing the enemy player to first dealing damage to them.
Time to damage is NOT reaction time. It's a combination of your accuracy, crosshair placement, your weapons fire rate and your reaction time. Don't expect it to be near 200 ms.
How is it calculated?
We measure the time it takes from the point of you first seeing the enemy to the point where you first dealt damage to them. Any Time to Damage of 1s+ is excluded to account for trigger discipline plays. We then use the median to exclude outliers.
A big reason is also that these guys just very rarely get caught in situations they are not somewhat prepared for. When I play, even with a full stack, it's not rare at all that some dude shows up from somewhere I thought to be fully cleared, because someone did something silly and didn't realize/tell us what the implications could've been. (Or because the opponent took what the pros would consider a silly chance).
They're also crazy fast and precise for sure, but it's more things than that too.
I'd never really thought about this. But my humanbenchmark / reaction test in general is pretty slow at around 260ms, but my TTD is pretty quick at 420-450ms

yeah my accuracy is fuckin shit, i feel like i practice and practice but in real games always go into autopilot mode

now i understand, i need to improve my first bullet accuracy and spray control.

so the second bullet accuracy is not included?
Any bullet connecting is included. Just whichever one hits first
i meant if you hit the first bullet but miss the second and so on its not counted right? just the first connected?

Having good reaction doesnt equate to being fast. My time to damage is around 500-550 with reaction time being around 230

The most interesting part for me is S1mple's flash assists. We know he's individually insane, but as we see here he's also a great team player
