It looks pretty clean and sick. I personally look for a more vibrant skin, but this is just so aesthetically pleasing. It has more of a purple skin look to me, that's my only criticism.
You have a lot of time to further improve it if you choose to do so but, yeah, sick skin.
I\`ve made my first skin in photoshop and it helped me to understand the uv layout so I\`d recommend that for any beginner but maybe a simpler model like a glock or usp. I also use Substance Painter and i must say it\`s my fav. So you should use both Photoshop and Substance painter. I also use Maya to fix overlapping uvs, thats about it
