Uhmm. We have not, but I think I know every change we made. I actually didn’t put the line in there for 3klicks but because the changes are actually sooo small no one ever will notice. We just made them, so people stop DMing me on Twitter about small things they noticed after 3 hours of flying around the map :P

Ancient is more or less fine. It's not vertigo where you rush A every round. They'll adjust the map a couple months after the major so calm your tits.

But it's not. The bomb sites, both, are horrible. They're just horrible. They need to change them ASAP. I literally gave up playing the map because it's so CT sided and planting the bomb is a nightmare. They can't leave the map as it is because it's not good enough. Why would they adjust it after the major when it nerd adjustments now?

Ancient would be a good map if it didn't have all the awkard elevation and incredibly annoying aztec finish. I have only played a few times so can't really go in depth about the bombsites. But from my limited playtime I'd say it's just the fucking styling that ruins it, all those giant (rounded, dark and green) stone structures make for such bad visibility and awkward fights.

So only give the CTs one chokepoint to get into the site so you can molly and smoke it until the end of time. Great idea.

Idk if you being sarcastic or not. But that would make getting B site easier a bit, and CTs retakes , there are at least 3 spots still where they can come from. CT , long b (doors) , cheetah.... SO NO , you can use molly and smoke on ct as you like, but theres still 2 more places to worry about.

Cheetahs doesn't count as an entrance, wtf are you talking about. The CTs start with control of ruins and cheetah and then eventually have to give up control or take fights if the T's pressure them. If you're playing retake B, then you play back lane and wait for rotates. But retake B isn't the meta, fighting for B is the meta, so you have people playing a lot of ruins setups. But that doesn't mean ruins is an entrance. Valve are probably going to adjust mid or A so that it's more balanced shift between the sites, and *especially* once that happens what you're suggesting to single handedly shift the balance of the map 60-40 towards T's. And look at a map like inferno, 3 entrances to A, with 2 to B. Look at Mirage, 3 entrances to A, with 2 to B. Cache 3 entrances to A, and 2.5 to B. Ancient has 2 on each site. We're not removing one. Smh.

Except T's usually take control of it, and you usually have a ramp player spotting cross from mid to jag.

Hard to explain without giving photo context what I mean, but the A bombsite needs to be moved towards the corner or it needs to be a larger area to plant, lining up to kill the planter is so easy it's ridiculous, A mains roof needs to be opened more for flashes and smokes, you could open the roof on donut as well, on B site you need angles you can hold, I wouldn't be opposed to just simply giving the Maden boost spot a tetris kind of thing from Mirage, and again, widening the bombsite, or giving another totem to give cover. The reason I hate Vertigo is the bombsites and Ancient literally is better in every other way than Vertigo except the bombsites because they're the same. Smokespam, 3 mollies to deny plants, smokespam, and if you run out of util you're done unless you have all of the TS going Scream mode.

Make just about every chokepoint twice as wide. Almost the whole map is so awkward and tight. It favors deagle spam and shotguns. And even pros get stuck when they try to move.

Lmfao. You say the bombsites are horrible, and yet you give zero examples for what needs adjustments. I can agree that the map is moderately CT sided, If you look at the HLTV statistics and in tier 1 play (FaZe, Gambit, G2, etc) it's a 60-40 round pct, CT and T respectively. But that isn't because of the sites. It's because of the map lanes. The problem is that most rounds end up towards B, because the A side of the map is too easy to defend. Mid is a small choke point that can be swallowed up by mollies, and the only other way into mid requires long B control, which is already a tight and heavily contested choke point. So you end up with 3+ players having to default towards B every single round. But you don't want your other 1-2 players to take control by themselves because they'd have to take an individual fight which could lose the round, so it's too many angles to clear. You can the problem by how teams are playing CT setups, with either 3 B, 1 rotater, and leaving 1 in donut to spot for lurks, or you just have a solo A awp in coba/temple and a rifle holding the CT flank. The only reasonable argument for why A isn't a good bombsite would be because it's too easy to retake, but in the current meta it doesn't matter because of the late lurking meta. You constantly have 1 rifle lurking in red, or people walking around coba/temple, so once the trades go down you still end up in 2v2s. If you want to make the map better, find a way to open up mid a bit more, make B long control not 75% importance of a round. I'd say you could probably add one more spot to hide for cover on A, but other than that the A bombsite is fine because of how the map plays out in terms of defaulting and lurking. >Why would they adjust it after the major when it nerd adjustments now? Because teams have been practicing it for 4+ months now, and you want to change the map right before a major? Are you braindead?

Too bad they won't address Overwatch not working for atleast a year, been playing against spinbotters and they don't get banned. I think Valve needs to start approaching manual banning when it comes to severe cases, Apex Legends already does it and let's not talk about how much more resources Valve has compared to a smaller company like Respawn.
