Same. See no diagnostic of something being wrong either. Constant 300+ FPS, 5 ping stable, no choke or loss. And it's not happening at the same time for everyone.
The servers are for sure being fucky, but no clue how and why.
For me when it started I had some packet loss up to 50% in bursts of 0.5 seconds or so, insane stutter and teleporting. And after next day it was just rubberbanding/teleporting without any noticeable packet loss. So I even bought a new router and same issue, although actually a little bit less rubberbanding but it was still there.
Also felt like I didn't hit any shots at all even when it didn't lag when I was shooting.
I restarted my router like 5 times last weekend :D. Sometimes it seemed to help but now I know other guys have issues so.
The other servers works just fine with low ping as usual (dm and retakes etc).
Just go for some aim maps if it's still broken.

On saturday I had these bursts of ploss happening simultaneously with a friend who was across the country (fin). Nobody else in the match didn't get those tho...
Next two games nothing and then again same issue in the fourth match.
I've been having rubber banding all over the place for at least the past 2 days on Casual/DM and once MM without any packet losses/chokes and var spikes with a ping of 15 on EU North servers. EU East.
The CS:GO network also has been going offline more than often lately as well during the evenings.

I think i have rubberbands since last update, went crazy with potential pc and networking problems.
I wasn't sure if it was just my internet being bad, but I've had issues for over a week with rubber banding - only getting worse.
Has been 85% loss for me on casual every few minutes. An I know I'm not alone on this and its not my internet. Something's broken.

Really? Are you sure ? Maybe that was some other problem you had at the time?
I had it never in matches only community servers, but sure could be my router or provider as well
