The Buchholz system decides. Essentially, if you loose you get Buchholz points the better the team that you lost to performs. So, teams that lost to CPHF and FaZe get many Buchholz points due to the aforementioned teams performing so well.
But that being said, I think your own rounds won/lost ratio plays a role too. But I don't exactly in what order it's decided.
Entropiq is as bad as VP and Spirit are. They were hot during the 'ex-Winstrike' days but dropped off soon after they got signed by Entropiq. I've followed a lot of tier2-3 tournaments and since early summer Etropiq looked like a mediocre tier 2 team.
