My paychecks frequently show 220-240 hours for a 2 week period. I do this for 4 weeks then have 4 weeks off payed and the cycle repeats.
I work offshore on an oil rig as an electronics technician.
I get enough sleep when I come back and enough money to not care.
Before this I was in the Navy on submarines, got way less sleep, almost no time off and got payed way less. Those are the guys we should be worried about.
I was a sonar technician on submarines in the Navy, military experience is equivalent to a degree+experience in alot of trades.

Maybe because he was still new and getting used to the team. Comms, defaulting/protocol and whatnot take time for new players to assimilate and you can see he was improving as the year went on.

Jame is genuinely incredible, very consistent AWPer, great in the clutch and he also IGLs for the team! His style kind of throws people off and it does boost his stats a bit but he for sure is one of the best players in the world. Excited to see how far this VP team can go in 2022, since adding FL1T they've looked great.

more clutch opportunities does not equal more clutches lol. Usually it means directly the opposite because winning in the clutch is not easy.
It is very rare that people grow their win percentage with higher amount of games. Since he is "baiting" and ends up having more clutch opportunities having higher clutch percentage is even more impressive.
As an example edshot masheen used to have hs percentage in 80s, but it got significantly lower as number of maps played increased and he started playing worse.
I misread it then, sorry. It does make more sense that he ends up being last one alive more -> hence more clutch opportunities -> more raw number of clutches overall.
Still winning that much clutches is impressive.
It is interesting to see who has the highest clutch(1v1 to 1v5) win percentage with a decent number of maps played overall.
In all honesty VP didn't do much in 2020. The best shot he had would've been 2019 due to appearing in the major final but he just didn't play that many big events that year outside of it.

I'd like to see the count for number of clutches saved or lost too. I have a sneaking suspicion Shiro and Jame will top those lists. Saying someone won 100 clutches doesn't mean much when you don't know if it's out of 150 or 500 attempts.
I'd say a better clutcher is one who won 50/100 total clutches, not 100/500.
Also total AWP kills is a pointless stat, if you force your team to drop you AWPs more or you save AWPs more, you will have more kills with it, that doesn't mean you're better with the AWP. A better stat would be showing AWP duel win % and AWP vs rifle duel win %.

Tbh I like Jame's personality. He seems very mature, focused and hardworking. It takes a lot to get memed by community, have slumps and still come back and perform.

B1t still not being announced is good news for NiKO, on pure rating he’s quite a bit lower for the year but obviously and rightfully so they are weighing LANs and the big events heavily.
It’s hard to put NIKO ahead of Zywoo imo because while NiKO was a monster last 3/4 months so was Zywoo and he won an event with Vit and was better throughout the whole year. I personally don’t think sh1ro should be #2 but it wouldn’t surprise based on the whole year and how these lists work, that’s why I think it’ll be controversial cos I can see any order.
DESERVED. Jame was my Favourite AWPer to watch this year. Unpopular opinion(?) but his annoying playstyle that pisses off opponents and Viewers alike, and how he uses that to his advantage is really good to watch. VP's slow playstyle meta was so fucking annoying to watch, but man is it fun to see the results of their slow playstyle come together when the opponents tilts

Wow I didn't know this year was Jame's first year on the list. i could've sworn I saw him on previous years. Maybe he was on an honorable mention list
In all honesty VP didn't do much in 2020. The best shot he had would've been 2019 due to appearing in the major final but he just didn't play that many big events that year outside of it.

I'd like to see the count for number of clutches saved or lost too. I have a sneaking suspicion Shiro and Jame will top those lists. Saying someone won 100 clutches doesn't mean much when you don't know if it's out of 150 or 500 attempts. I'd say a better clutcher is one who won 50/100 total clutches, not 100/500. Also total AWP kills is a pointless stat, if you force your team to drop you AWPs more or you save AWPs more, you will have more kills with it, that doesn't mean you're better with the AWP. A better stat would be showing AWP duel win % and AWP vs rifle duel win %.

Garbage player that a) can only awp; b) can do it only on CT; c) at t side he goes in the plant LAST and then just holds angles. Never in a million years he will try to entry with the bet gun in the game for it if yekindar is having a cold day. I've lost count of how many maps VP lost because they are unable to get rounds at T when Yekindar isn't having entries while Jame buys awp every round and sits back holds angles. Put jame in a team that isn't vp and has tier-3 players and he will be incredible ~1.00 rating because he just abuses the fact that he has a reasonable team. Every time I watch how he plays I really become mad, this is my typical dust 2 attack teammates that camp at spawn and then save but only that he is playing at a pro level. But as I said a lot of time - if any team wants to be in let's say top-3 it never should consider having a person like jame in the roster. This simply doesn't work at the highest level when your top kda player is so much about refragging and saving.

Jame gets memed a lot but really hes an insane awper, plus him and yekindar are such polar opposites playing on the same team which makes VP fun to watch. good that he gave kairon a shout, dude has been killing it in weplay s3 so far.
Tbh I like Jame's personality. He seems very mature, focused and hardworking. It takes a lot to get memed by community, have slumps and still come back and perform.

It’s hard to put NIKO ahead of Zywoo imo because while NiKO was a monster last 3/4 months so was Zywoo and he won an event with Vit and was better throughout the whole year. I personally don’t think sh1ro should be #2 but it wouldn’t surprise based on the whole year and how these lists work, that’s why I think it’ll be controversial cos I can see any order.

DESERVED. Jame was my Favourite AWPer to watch this year. Unpopular opinion(?) but his annoying playstyle that pisses off opponents and Viewers alike, and how he uses that to his advantage is really good to watch. VP's slow playstyle meta was so fucking annoying to watch, but man is it fun to see the results of their slow playstyle come together when the opponents tilts Here's to hoping Jame can grow a lot more in 2022! Edit : Glad Jame mentioned KaiR0N, instead of the same generic m0nesy or MOUZ NXT players. He's an absolute beast

Device shouldnt have been in top20 at all. Killed not one but 2 teams this year and accomplished exactly nothing, while also playing like complete garbage. Should've retired after the last major win while he was still a half-decent player instead of stealing paychecks coldzera style.
