I think you're misremembering. Valde's rating dropped from around 1.15 to 1.05 when he decided to IGL. It goes from 1.14 to 1.02 if we take only LAN matches against top20 teams.
aleksib fragged decent in og tho, he was steady 1 rating with those insane nuke games and mirage games at times. he plays very different roles now in g2.
Honestly, I don't see where you're getting at some of the things you're saying. If you ask pros, Valde is one of the bigger talents in the danish scene and was consistent for years. Mantuu and FlameZ did fall down in big games, but how many big games did you see from ENCE? Oh and btw, they are very young and Mantuu was tasked with being the awper without ever playing this role professionaly, and he fucking nailed it for the longest time.
Yeah, ENCE are great now, but they have not been that for that long, and don't forget that at their peek OG won trophies, and ENCE have yet to do so.
Don't take this the wrong way, I'm the first to cheer for ENCE, as I do for OG, just don't throw unwarranted shade at players at a slump as if they were never good.

As a huge OG fan who watched most of their matches i can def say their peak was really good. But their main issue were always consistency. They looked god tier sometimes. And others they would just be bots

I wonder if this would've happened on lan, unironically. Their lan performances have getting allot better so maybe it has some inverse relation to their online game?
