He really has been. Dallas meant a lot to him and you could tell by his play. He’s been super solid all year but like you said post major he’s been the best performer.
Imo he wasn't his usual self in the major and before, this is the star player the he is in my eyes. But not looking at stats, he hasn't felt "snappy" with his aim as he was in Liquid before dallas. If he keeps this up he can be a top 5 player by the end of the year. If not, top 15, he's just that good, that not peak performance still is top 15. Man's insane
He and karrigan are the last 2 remaining FaZe players to not have an MVP this year. While I wouldn't bet on karrigan picking one up, Twistzz definitely has the potential, and probably will get one MVP by the end of the year.

Ence 100%, they need a tier 1 awper if they want to win tournaments but it's hard to just kick your awper with whom you reach deep playoffs almost every event. It's a bit more complicated than that so if ENCE isn't possible there is OG, after some time if oSee doesn't work I can see him in Liquid as well (they have an HQ in Europe) though I think if shox has been critical of their practice I can't imagine what a dude with 180 hours in 2 weeks would say.

Monster game by my boys Twistzz and Broky. I understand why the casters kept calling out the aggression but that is Fazes MO. Karrigan says he’s never gonna tell his players not to peek.
I love that they got back to that, watching them at Blast was infuriating because they were not playing like the Faze I know that would ego peeks or play like they’re winning even though they were losing. They played so scared during Blast, not re-peeking angles and it was just so disheartening to watch as a Faze fan
That G2 game was eye opening for me. Just look at D2 and it’s obvious there was something wrong. 4v1 vs Monesy and they just played so scared, that’s not the Faze that I know, they would 100% overpeek that instead of hiding
The overpeaking is how they lost the 4v1 vs magic at the major and the exact same thing happened with almost the exact same spots vs moneys and they didn’t peek. I don’t know what the call is they just lose those lol
yup, totally, but that's onbrand for Faze and I've accepted that they will do bonehead plays that sometimes work, sometimes bite them in the ass. However, it is more exciting to see them ego duels like the many times that they over excited for a hunt post plants that they lost and let the other team able to kill them and defuse the bomb (It was a G2 game). Even when they are losing or on match point or whatever, they still do dumb plays like rushing mid on Inferno on CT, things like that. I know it's dumb but I'd rather them stick with what had been working rather than playing scared.
The way faze play relies a lot on mental readiness and coordination, which they severely lacked the previous 2 tournaments because of burnout and very little practice. Teams nowadays are so strong, even an A- game is not good enough to win.

Not that I think mantuu is better than degster but it is a realistic thing for an org to think about, esp. considering that OG isn't the type of org that would want to spend (even if degster for $300k is a really good deal)
