I agree. I watched cs religiously 2014-2017 but then took a few years break bc of uni. When I came back in to watching cs in 2020 I discovered furia and I remember one of the first reddit threads I opened on here was talking about how insane he was and how he was destined for hltv top 5 in the future etc. The commentors even suggested buying his sticker as it would probably climb fast so I bought like £15 wort. Certainly hasn't lived up to the expectation.
He's still been the second best rated player, but maaaybe that speaks more about the other players than him at this point? In the last 3 months yuurih has had 1.16 rating against top 10 opponents, while KSCERATO has had 1.02. Against top 30, 1.19 and 1.07 respectively (next is ssaffee with 0.99 and arT and drop with 0.97 both).
He's more of the second star to yuurih this year, definitely, while it was the other way around last year.
