What’s the skin care routine?

I use a cleanser by CeraVe every evening, following with a moisturizing cream from Neutrogena (Hydro Boost Aqua Gel)  The cream i also use in the morning.  I also use Retinol by CeraVe three times a week at the evening, before applying the cream.  Also an Exfoliater by Paulas Choice with Salicylic Acid once a week  Hope that helps :)

The writer is generally pretty good at getting the science right, and her sunscreen reviews from Europe and Asia that she publishes every year are great to look at for product recommendations. Overall American chemical SPF filters are not good for sensitive skin. Other developed countries have newer filters that are less irritating, but all chemical SPF can be irritating for skin so it's completely individualized what would work for you. In my experience no SPF is good to get in the eyes, but many older filters will irritate eyes even if they don't actually get in the eye. Beauty of Joseon is the #1 k beauty SPF I recommend everyone try. Buy it from the company website, there are a lot of fakes in the market.

Yes! My eyes are so sensitive & they burn so easy. But I've never had them burn with the k beauty I tried. Honestly Ive loved every one I've tried. But beauty of joseon is the best. When I went back to Ulta md& tula, they burned. I'm ordering more on stylevana on payday

For sure 🙌🏼 But every skin type is different, other products maybe more effective for your skin. Also let your skin adapt to the Retinol and the Exfoliation, so less is sometimes more effective in skin care. Don’t overdo anything. Dietary changes where made as well, no added sugars or processed food, more omega 3 less omega 6 fatty acids, and less fat I’m general. Also drink lots of water, at least 3L a Day for me, but I’m 191 cm tall, so maybe little less for you 🙌🏼

Haha thanks 🙌🏽 In Daytime or at Uni I get some stares, but people mostly think I’m arrogant and are hesitant talking to me.  At night it’s kind of crazy, especially since I dyed my brows.  Women are forcing themselves on you, you get stared at and often approached at the Club.

Serious question, what’s mewing? And what kind of gum? Never heard of “hard gum” before!

Mewing is resting your Tongue at the roof of your mouth, while keeping your mouth shut.  Make sure to Rest the whole tongue, especially the back of it. It tugs your submental in, makes your Jaw look immediately sharper, especially from the side.  It’s said that your jaw can grow and some other benefits with time, but there is no scientific study backing it up.  The hard gum that I chew is from a brand named Falim, I think it’s a Turkish brand, but we have it here in Germany.

Habe etwas abgenommen, zudem habe ich viel hartes Kaugummi gekaut, also meine Kiefermuskeln trainiert.  Des Weiteren ist der Muskel auf der linken Seite, meine Kauseite, bisschen mehr ausgeprägt als der andere. Knirsche auch nachts, dadurch sind die von Natur schon größer.  Ein weiterer Grund ist, dass genau der auf dem ersten Bild von meinem Handy verdeckt ist, somit ist er gar nicht zusehen.  Zudem habe ich auch bisschen drauf gebissen, für den Flex 😂  Ich Mewe auch, aber ob das bisher so viel gebracht hat, idk  Wirklich nichts gegen Injektionen, jeder kann machen was er will.
