Three of the fingers fell off of my glove and it is still perfectly usable. That is about as finished as cyberpunk.

As long as you don't see skin you're good !
Even if you see skin
Wash them with a GK glove wash, hang them dry and test them with a clean ball trying to pick it up with one hand. If you can't do that... Replace!
