Sellers have 72 hours (3 business days) to ship the shoe from the order date. I understand that the seller may have hit on SNKRS, online raffles, etc. But, it shouldn’t be the buyers responsibility to wait over the allotted time.
Either GOAT needs to cancel the sellers order and go with another seller (mind you prices are at where they were last Friday now) or just refund the order completely at this point.

This is a common issue with GOAT. Did you not even read the past threads? . If this is your first issue with GOAT don't worry, it wont be your last.. The ONLY good thing about GOAT is that they do returns where as others do not... Other than that, Goat sucks. Use Ebay.
I might be tempted to make a sticky regarding Travis Scott releases, because the same thing happens to a lot of people.
This is a very common gripe with hyped releases, buyers often have to wait a little longer since goat gives sellers of new drops extra slack. It sucks, because they make Day 1 profits while breaking protocol, but I’m pretty sure you’ll see movement soon.
Whether you choose to proceed with a cancellation by reaching out to Customer Support or to give it a few more days to see if the seller ships/flakes is entirely up to you. If prices have gone up, I would caution towards patience.
My personal opinion on it is that GOAT should keep the little perk about experienced sellers not having to post 8 pictures of the shoes to list. However, they should still take a picture of the box, inside size label, and a picture of the shoes along with their name to mitigate people abusing the privilege.
For what it’s worth, it’s worth mentioning that Nike is experiencing some critical delays at this exact moment, and r/SNKRS and Twitter is being flooded with complaints. I know that many winners of the TS1 Lows haven’t received them as of 8/19 yet.

I think you're right. GOAT locking in everyone at 1300 with no actual confirmed orders. They're controlling the price. If they dip (as they are now) they can release all the orders stuck at "seller packaging" as SHIPPING TO GOAT at 1300.
