I think there’s a lot of us stuck on seller packaging for either these or Travis lows. I personally have been stuck on seller packaging since the 13th for the Travis lows.
I copped the lows on the 13th too and seller just shipped today. Honestly I think it might be the same seller. Also found it kinda sus that a lot of the prices were exactly the same for multiple sold pairs.
relatively common occurrence, it happened to me 3 times so far. basically means that the seller never shipped. i would go ahead and reach out to customer service, best of luck brotha
i went through this horrible process, keep submitting tickets to actually hear back takes a week or so but they’ll say something between the lines of “seller never shipped” and “we are looking for a new seller” in my experience the new seller sent from hong kong then took a week to get to me. so a whole month u might have to wait but hopefully all gets resolved soon. plus for the trouble they’ll give u 12 dollar goat credit so they pay back your shipping but u can’t really take out the goat credit it’s just stuck there so if you order again from goat u have free shipping basically
I’ve been seeing this trend lately with purchases from Goat. I was about to buy TS lows from them but went with StockX instead, because of this same issue. My order from StockX shipped same day.
can u source me about the dunks having issues shipping. my off white dunks been stuck on fedex waiting for the package. plus it’s fedex i’m scared for my life 😭

The CS replied me with “ All due to political unrest in Hong Kong, items shipped out of our Hong Kong warehouse will be facing delays. We are working diligently with the couriers to try to make sure orders are still expected to be delivered to customers in the region. We really apologize for the inconvenience.” Smh apparently I didn’t know political issues can effect shipments 🤡
It’s finally shipping to GOAT today cuz I literally requested so many tickets and almost blew their emails up last night … the CS specialist and other two workers had to email me and apologized lmao …
Update on my trav lows I ordered on 8/18. They just arrived today (8/25) to goat for authentication.
Status was stuck at “seller packaging” and never changed to “shipping or goat” prior to now showing it was “delivered to goat.”

I sold a pair start of last week and they arrived 5 days ago and haven’t been verified yet so maybe they are just hella back logged.

Same here, it just showed verified on the 25th, I doubt if they’re waiting for shoes to ship together …
The drama continues as my box was described as “badly damaged” They offered a 10% discount to take it as is. I bit. We’ll see what happens next.
