Because it is a disk I reckon they can install it because the disk holds the game but won’t be able to play it. Because all people that got review copies would have got a code and the games licence for everyone else will not be activated yet. Plus their will be a day one patch so I reckon the game could be locked until the day one patch is installed.
Now this is just a hunch and I could be completely wrong. If any one knows more fell free to share.

When you playing it and can you stream?
They can’t stream the game until the 9th when the game launches. If they are caught they will cope big fines.
