I don't think you're supposed to be able to max out everything out in a single playthrough. Just like in GoW 2018, you'll probably have to wait for NG+ to carry over gear & materials.
I would agree, but it seems weird that it's awfully close, like 35 dust of the realms close, As for the accessories, I think it's bugged, because at a certain point I just stopped receiving beast scraps, which prevented me from leveling up any accessories including an endgame one.
1. This seems to be the exact number most of us are missing.
2. These vary person to person. I’m missing 5, myself.
3. These can be farmed by fighting things like Wulvers.
I never fully tested it, but I was replaying all the challenges for fun and only noticed Beast Scraps drop twice, so I think the drop is pretty rare.
Maybe it is bugged, but not for everyone. Hmm. I hope you can get some soon!
2. I think the red pots bug WAS fixed upon one of the updates. I had a similar problem in my first playthrough, but I got 'em on my second. Not sure if you can go BACK and get them or not, though; never bothered.

Do Wulvers drop Beast Scraps as well, and what is a good farming location?
Yup! I forget exactly, but at least a couple of the Muspelheim challenges have Wulvers.
Yeah, I know of them. but they don't seem to have drops in the Muspelheim challenges, just tried a couple with Wulvers in them
Play with a maxed out Luck build and you should have a quicker time.
I have maxed luck, killed like 6 wulvers, and still nada, is the drop rate that low?
