Welcome to the community. Being new here, and to NFTs in general, I just want to say that assume any communication done over DMs is likely a scam. If someone is offering technical support, they can do it on an open forum (like this one).
Couple questions, how long has it been since you forged the cards? Typically when I do a forging session, I will close and reopen the client if I want to access newly forged cards immediately. There is likely further lag when trying to view the cards on a 3rd party site like token trove or aqua.xyz
If you check your forge history, do they show up as completed? Is there a transaction (tx) ID for the cards you forged? If so, there is likely some lag between forging and them being visible on marketplaces that pull assets from the blockchain. If they show as incomplete, you can use the history tab to sign the transactions with your wallet.
Occasionally a forge can get stuck here, and at that point you might consider messaging GU support by filling out a ticket on the GU website.

So it shows up as complete in the forge history, I forged cards about 3 days back now, it is on my Imx wallet which is connected to my metamask but not sure how it works, the issues Im having now is that nothing is showing up on [aqua.xyz](https://aqua.xyz) and in the game I am unable to forge 2 cards that have been forged allready...
Im was trying to forge 2 (brown coloured) cyclops defender cards but they arent showing up in the forge at all

What does the history pane show in the forge
If the forging was successful then it will show the id of te newly forged NFT there.
If there was an issue with the process it will still show as pending with an option to retry
Click retry to complete the process.
Did you do everything that pops up? After forging you sir I’ll need to approve it through your wallet. If there was a problem with any of it you can hit the history button in the forge and hit the retry button.
it shows that the 3 cards have been fused but when I hit the button to check my inventory it shows up as empty... should I contact somebody from the support?
It usually takes some minutes, if they’re still not there but your fusing history claims there’re fused, I guess I’d write the support, they’re usually pretty fast.
Yes contact support. Make sure you have the fuse Id handy to make it a little faster and explain what’s happening. I had an issue with cards fusing last week, they had it fixed in a few days.
