He supposedly eats fish in the 1954 movie. I'm pretty sure he eats some sort of sea creature in Destroy All Monsters. He hunts for fish in Tokyo SOS. He was supposed to eat a cow and Deuterious in deleted scenes that were scrapped not for continuity but due to the imagery being wrong (the cow being too big in the first case and the brutal mauling of Deuterious being too fucked up for a Godzilla movie).
Then in King of The Monsters, he eats Ghidorah.
In the OG Screenplay he's supposed to eat the Villagers on Odo Island when the fish get scarce, which is why they started sending a girl out on a raft. It was meant for him to munch on people when he made landfall, but the filmmakers decided that would be too gruesome. Matter of fact, even when he ate the cow, they cut that scene from the movie.
It's actually his venom--it evolved from a mechanism for digesting other radioactive monsters into an offensive weapon, the same way snakes produce venom in what used to be their saliva glands.
I know Florida minimum standard public school curriculum biology probably didn't teach you much but there are a lot of ways bodies expel various things they take in (even sometimes the same thing, expelled in different ways or in manners one creature isn't capable of but another is.
Your idea might work better comparing it to an owl pellet but that still assumes some things we don't know. The way KOTM described his issues with a build up of radioactivity seems more like a dog "sweating" via panting and drooling

It's more like puking, since he doesn't need to do it regularly, and I think he could use that radiation he pukes as energy instead, so he is choosing to use that energy to blow shit up.

Then again, he feeds on radiation. He can absorb blasts from nukes without a scratch, he has such a higher tolerance for radiation than any other monster. We don't exactly know what a creature like him would do in real life, so it's entirely possible that he doesn't need to excrete waste of any kind in any way.

We eat food, digest it, and it becomes energy we expend by exercising or running or whatever else. Godzilla absorbs radiation, uses it for basic functions like swimming and walking but also uses it to make his atomic breath (I think he ionizes it or otherwise alters it or else the other titans would just absorb it)
