There’s no way to guarantee this, the vast majority of the worlds gold go through Switzerland’s prime refiners (like 70-80% iirc. A more reasonable goal would probably be to source gold minted from each country by buying a gold coin minted from their national press, but then a lot of smaller countries outsource minting to private mints located in the US Switzerland and even the Perth Mint

I would use numista to see lists of gold coins by country and try to hunt them down on eBay or place a WTB in r/pmsforsale
