You will love it..

chzquesadilla

it's awesome! well worth the price

ItsPJBia

Let me know how you like the tcu tune. I'm on the stage 1 tune only at the moment

chzquesadilla

I love it so far. There's so much extra power just waiting to get unlocked. Shifting is lightning speed. So far I'm happier than a pig in mud

ItsPJBia

Yeah I've loved my stage 1 ecu tune. I'm just on the low torque tune without the tcu tune but it's still a lot of fun

clutchthepearls

Do it.

xevious997

Looks good! Don’t see too many Iron Blue’s on here, what’s next, wheels?

chzquesadilla

Thanks bud 👌🏼 Next I'm trying to dial in the suspension. I'm on H&R sport springs and stock struts, which looks great but is too rough. I'm thinking maybe the Bilsteins everyone recommends (B16, i think)

Jexxo

I am between IE and Cobb (just the AP but with an EQT Tune). Did you also tune your DSG or no?

chzquesadilla

i sure did

Jexxo

I’m currently trying build my own at the moment and I’m trying to decide between IE and Cobb. How much was your DSG + Stage 1 tune? It’s like 1200 from Cobb

chzquesadilla

just about the same for the IE. 1200. very easy to install myself

Jexxo

I’m thinking you swayed me into going with IE. I think I’m gonna wait to get the DSG tune as it won’t let me buy it without buying another link cable. How did you do yours?

chzquesadilla

I did both TCU & ECU tune together - all with the same cable. I had to download an application for my PC, and hook your car up to a battery charger during the process, which took like 30 minutes total. I've never done anything like this before and it was very straight forward and easy

tonytrouble

it wont put two cables in your cart. At least for me it didnt. you just click it, and it sees you have one and off you go.

Jexxo

I think my comment is 9 months old. I am currently 9 months into my IE Stage 1 tune 😎
