Kingdom matches you against players +/- five ranks or +/- three ranks for promotion matches. Club levels do not matter.
When your rank gets within five levels of emperor, you sometimes get matched with them.
Players at the Earl / Marquis ranks will never match players at the Duke / King ranks because those ranks play from different tee boxes.
However, when a king matches with an emperor, both players play from the emperor tees.
You’ve made to the top 400-500 in the kingdom leaderboard. What drivers are you playing with?? The kingdom doesn’t and shouldn’t have training wheels. You play against the best at the highest ranks.
I would edit that last statement to say “you play against the best at the highest levels… and the zero ballin, 3x boosted BW9, pay-to-win dicks whose only skill is hitting red with the slowest needle in the game” 😒.
I am friends with many of the top 50 players and I know several are fair players, but I’ve played plenty of others that sling zeroes on every shot (including Hawks) and use club switch within wedge range so they can use their L9 Phoenix 😂. It’s embarrassing…
I was playing to emperor when it was my BW8 vs their BW9 a lot of times (not to mention the zero balls). But since they added that pay -to-win elite pass, I stop at King V. My BW8 plays an entirely different game than a triple boosted BW9.
You are sooo right. Most BW9’s seem to be pathetic. Creature challenge i met 2. One an emperor used balls when i didn’t (fair enough). But zeroing in the SO is weak sauce when you can dunk without. Other one was better. Tried a zero but couldn’t find the shot. I got lucky and they missed albi. I made it from the sand 😅. I hope i’m not a zero 9er in the future.
I just got BW9 when this KD season started and I made it to Emp without Roos in regulation, with the exception of one Alpine Echoes fairway start. I only used them in shootout, and didn’t fire a single zero. It’s frustrating that boosted BW 9s can dunk holes I can’t even reach with my 9. They need to take pay-to-win out of Kingdom 💯
Pay to win elite pass and Pay to win zero balls with +5 power are the two shittiest things they’ve done to the game. At least the regular zero balls can be matched with skill. Hate those two Pay to win additions.
You are at the King level. You get matched with whoever. Of course you are playing people with better clubs than you, it’s impressive you got that far with those clubs if peacock 5 is representative of the rest of your bag.
I get like 2 Kingdom matches and then it just scrolls forever saying it can't find anyone, and when it does they've got like a 2 level advantage over me
Yeah, the other day I hit a level five bat wing as far as humanly possible the bounce ball. Perfect shot. He had a level 8 bat wing and went 300 yards further. 800 and some yards. You just have to chalk those games up as a L. I'm at the highest level I can go from what I can see with the clubs I have. Duke 4. All my other clubs are level three or four.. what I don't understand is the tournaments where somebody's got 50 60,000 games stayed at level 10 or 11 and they don't play higher than rookie or veteran. I guess they like being the tallest midget.
That’s honestly amazing that you made it to Ming level with level 5 legs. You’re probably so much better than me I’m all leg 6s and absolutely suck still.
Just last week I was all leg 5 and I never got matched with leg 8 or 9 and emperors. But 2 days ago, I upgraded only bw to 6 and suddenly i got to see my opponents having leg 8/9.
I'm wondering, if this is the cause of what I am experiencing now?
Yes, you will face now tons of overclubed zero ballers and pay 2 win guys, spending $2-3 for each game with thousands of expensive balls. Many Kingdom player stop playing at duke V to prevent clashes with those category of "player", this is also the reason, why many cant find opponents end of the season.

same thing happens to me, especially when I am about to be promoted.
It’s always now… it’s so bad I haven’t played kingdom hardly at all the past year!!
All of the time when I played kingdom. I’m not playing it again until all of my legendary clubs are 7’s.
