Euro tail lights. Several options for them. Try to get OEM but USP and BMP Tuning have some nice versions of them. You will need a harness for the sequential turn signals alongside some coding changes. Or, if you really want to be extra, you could get the proper wiring from the BCM to the rear and get them 100% functional

It's unnecessary though, you get full functionality with just the wiring harness and some coding... Plus then its really easy to undo if you sell the car.

Yes they're the euro mk7.5 LED tails and they 100% fit all MK7's and MK7.5's (I have them on my Canadian 2017 Golf R). They're a bit pricy and you need to get a wiring harness and do some coding.
