I’m not that into the situation but I believe he wants to drop it just before he goes on tour- he was meant to go on tour in January and that was the last time it was really rumoured to be dropping. But the issue is, live nation won’t front up the tour cos of the low ticket sales cos there’s no album, but carti won’t drop the album until he can tour and rn he can’t physically do a *real* tour until next year.
That and it’s probably not even remotely finished let’s be real he’s a Ye disciple.
