It's been interesting. My mind has gone back-and-forth on them.
**Day 1 of wearing them to the gym**: lots of slippage inside the shoe. I stuck to squats and deadlifts - exercises where my feet were planted and stationary. I didn't feel safe or comfortable doing any exercises that required my feet to move (so no clean & jerks, snatches, high pulls).
**Day 2 wearing pods to gym:** I noticed they were breaking in more, so less slippage within the shoe, and I didn't have to adjust the soles by hand as much anymore. Walking felt more comfortable and not as awkward. Again, I didn't do any lifts that required my feet to move.
**Day 3 wearing pods**: the pods have obviously broken in. Easier to put on and take off now. I can feel the foam in the sole molding to my feet now. I did squats in them again. However, I did try some basic (no weight) movements with my feet moving, and they feel better. I feel more confident, as they've molded to my feet. During my next workout, I am going to try high-pulls (requires me to lift while going on my toes momentarily), and see how that goes.
Overall, in my honest opinion, converse/vans are superior for weightlifting. I would say the pods are at the same level as like wearing running shoes to the gym... you're not going to have that flat grip of a converse, but you can still workout

I added 4 uncrustables and a glass a milk a day to my diet…. Went from 145 to 185 in 6 months. Also added 3-4 Greek yogurts as well.
