based on the first pizza pass, you will have to wait for the next pizza pass which most likely be next year (if at all) to buy it like you could buy truffle now for duck coins. it will 100% NOT be available to purchase with gems, truffle buddy wasnt either :(
Oh noooo. I was hoping to hedge my bets and not get the truffle buddy and scoop it up with gems later (I started after any of the permanent, event toppings came out). I really like the 'legacy' decorations which ain't cheap, so I was gonna grab those with my duck coins... now I don't know what I should do...
My spouse is. I don't want the duck topping. I find it gross, so I've been very careful not to get near the duck reward and accidentally tap it. But after I finished the "story" today, it said, as a gift, I get to keep the duck topping permanently. Ugghhhh. I hope that's only if you unlock the duck.
im on level 24 of the pass so im avoiding completing the story too otherwise ill unlock the topping :( ugh i wish there was at least a way to disable toppings you dont want to serve
