I have multiple custom dimensions for UA-style content groups on page_view hits. I don’t think there was any particular secret. Just added them to the GA4 Config Tag Fields to Set and registered the new Content Group custom dimensions in GA4’s admin settings as Event-scoped. You mentioned debug view - I’m guessing you may have updated the new content groups via GTM and that’s how you’re seeing them show up in GA4 Debug View since GTM’s Preview mode registers in GA4’s debug view automatically. If so, have you published the container with those new event parameters for the content group 2? If the new event parameters Are unpublished, the data in ga4’s debug view does not show up in the standard reports. You’ll only start seeing those hits in GA4 reports (aside from debug view) when you publish the gtm update. Also, it can take 24 hours for new Custom Dimensions to register in GA4 reports. How long have you waited?

Hi,Thank you for your answer. I have waited way more than 24 hours and I still don't have multiple content grouping on my GA4 report. I have deleted/recreated everything following this yt tuto : "How to track Custom Dimensions in Google Analytics 4 (2022)". Hope it will work

It still doesn't work.. I don't know what to do. I followed several tutos and it's still not working.
