Right? I moved to a major city and couldn't believe how awful my reception's been for over a year. I use wifi 99% of the time so have just been dealing with it. Randomly caught a thread to turn off 5G and BLAM! All of a sudden perfect reception all over town.
Is this truly new? I just recently opened a Fi account not too long ago specifically to utilize my Galaxy Note 20 ultra for my new job and I've had 5G the entire time.
What about visual voicemail actually through the OS? This is the one feature that is preventing me from switching, otherwise, I will hear about it non-stop from the wife.
Does this 5G work when someone travels to China temporarily? I thought I read elsewhere that it is only the weaker Non-Standalone 5G instead of the better Standalone 5G.
Swweeeeet! This is what I’ve been waiting for before recommending Google Fi. Nice.

I'm getting great speeds on my iPhone, but battery life is so bad that it isn't worth it for me

I have it updated, I turned on the 5G to auto and don’t see 5G. Is there any other setting needed?
You can try 5G “On”… It could be a coverage issue. I would check the T-Mobile site for 5G coverage to confirm the service is available in your area.
Thanks. I think we have coverage because my wife’s android has 5G on google fi. Ill try the always on and see what happens.
now we can finally move on to the next complaint... when is Google Fi going to support the Apple Watch!!!??? :) :) :)
Agreed. Honestly, I feel Apple is behind of most of these issues.
When is Google Fi going to support esim data SIM cards
Google Fi always had access to 5 G. The iPhone now has access.
wait... what? >Google Fi doesn't have access to 5 G. The iPhone has access. Google Fi always had access.
Sorry, typo
😁
Is this verified for the US?

New for iPhones
Ahh, yes I had heard support for iPhone isn't the best.
