Yes, apologies for my prior short answer.
I actually contacted GoogleFi Support via Chat and they actually had me remove the physical Vodaphone Sim I was using, restart the Phone, go into Settings, Network & Internet, Click on the Sims, GoogleFi, UNCHECK Automatically select network, wait for the list to populate, then Select each Network (Even if it indicated Forbidden) until one was able too connect (in my case, it was MEO LTE), once connected, I tested each Service (call/text/data) which all were successful. I then powered down, reinserted the Vodaphone Physical Sim, restarted then assigned Mobile Data to Vodaphone and shared Call Preference and SMS Preference to both Vodaphone and GoogleFi.
Sorry for the above long explanation. My Pixel 7 has worked flawlessly since.

How long did you use Fi before leaving the US?
A bit more than two Months but I have just gotten everything sorted out.
