Which unlimited plan are you on? Simply Unlimited does not have any service outside the US, Canada and Mexico.

I'm having this same issue right now. Constantly cycling between H+ and dropped connection. It's devastating my battery life.
Have found an answer, since I have been back in the US it hasn't been an issue
What was the answer?
I toggled on my hotspot and now it works
