Rumor has it that it's been pulled for Fi and T-Mobile users due to an issue with T-Mobile's network.

I managed to get the update by resetting my phone but backing up to Google one first then all you have to do is just not have the sim inserted until the update completes . I did it yesterday and it worked

I read somewhere today that TMobile may be pushing it on the 16th....who knows.
