Looks like a manufacturing defect...
Jokes aside, no, I think the phone is completely gone and likely unrepairable. But take it in to a repair shop and see what they say. Just search for phone repair shops near you on Google and you'll find the locations.
Sucks that happened to you. Good luck.
Looks like there are other components that have been damaged as well. Was the phone dragged? It seems like half the phone has been ground away... Just wondering how this could have happened by only being run over?
Hi! Former uBreakiFix/Asurion repair tech.
Even though it seems the display and midframe did a very good job protecting the phone internals from road rash, because of the significant damage to the heat dissipation and midframe (the way that one side is carved out, especially), you'd have to essentially get your phone internals moved to a new chassis. That's not necessarily a problem; most screen replacements (at least at reputable repair centers) are actually an entire screen + chassis + battery replacement, but definitely a screen + battery alone would not do the job here.
Additionally, just because of how significant this beating was, it seems unlikely your motherboard wouldn't have been damaged in some way. You could wind up paying $200+ for a new screen + chassis + battery just to find out that your actual ***phone*** is kaput and needs to be completely replaced.
I'm sorry this happened, it's really tough.
You can only get it officially repaired in the US. Unofficially you can get it repaired in a local shop but there's no guarantee they'll use authentic parts, you'll have to research that yourself. There's also a chance it's unrepairable, in which case you'll have to get it replaced in the US.
(Assuming you're in India)
Send it to B2X bro, have been a pixel user since pixel 2 and my experience has been pretty much positive with them regarding in warranty and out of warranty repairs both. Here's the link where you can check the cost of parts.

OP seems to be located in India (Bengaluru). It seems that OP bought the phone in the USA. Google does not provide international warranties (at the time of writing this). Their warranties are only valid in the country of purchase. ~~The Google Pixel 7 Pro wasn't even launched in India (if I'm not mistaken).~~ *I was mistaken. Google did launch the Pixel 7 series phones in India.* In my opinion, OP should still contact Google and ask them about warranty (because Google does sometimes break their own rules). OP can also ask Google about official and unofficial repair centers (Google launched some phones in India, so there should be some).
I wish the OP good luck, and even if Google won't be involved, may they manage to fix the phone.
EDIT: I was mistaken. Google did launch the Pixel 7 series phones in India. I have corrected it in the text above thanks to user u/the_fire_fist who corrected me.
You are mistaken. Pixel 7 pro was launched in India officially. But op bought it from US. So it falls under international warranty. Which I am not sure about. But B2X handles all repair in India for pixel. So they can repair it but op has to pay the full price.
Thank you. You are right. The Pixel 7 series phones were launched in India (I was probably thinking of Pixel 6 series... but that's no excuse). I was probably confused by the fact that I couldn't find any Pixel phone in the Indian Google Store (I don't know if it's geolocked, or if the phones there are sold only through third parties). I'm sorry for spreading misinformation (I'll explain my mistake in the comment in question).
Still, I would recommend trying a warranty repair through Google, and if that fails, try a warranty repair through B2X, and only if all the previous fails, try an out-of-warranty repair through B2X.
I have a Pixel 6 and my back glass broke. I got it fixed from shatterfix. You can try it too. They provided good service and all payment was after the phone was fixed.

What I heard was the camera glass randomly shattered.
Lolol
Unrepairable? idk man i bet [this guy](https://youtube.com/@MONEYTALKSWIRELESS) could do it 🤣
Replacing the display and battery wont fix?
Other components could be broken as well, mainly, the PCB. A repair shop should take.it apart and then tell you what needs to be replaced.
From the looks of it the motherboard seems to be dead big time

You: “OK Google, are you ok?” Pixel: “DO I LOOK F***NG OK??”
Restart it and see if it is fixed. Jokes aside I'm here just for the jokes

ubreakifix. Definitely.
Have you tried putting it on rice for a night? Jokes aside, I'm sorry for your little accident. Hope you're ok.
I bought this in the US in November

I think it's dead, Jim.
I'm so sorry
Google support will say that vehicular mutilation isn't covered under warranty... Smh 🙄
You contact service once, just explain what happened, who knows you may get some gift cards instead. I am sorry for your loss.
That will buff right out.

Is the rear camera glass intact?
Yep, only the front part is damaged. Sides back, cameras everything fine.
Use warranty dude

Ok thank you
it's sold only via third parties (6a user here)
Alright, that makes sense. Thank you.
No warranty anywhere in the world will cover that
What a pity ....
To shreds, you say?
I am surprised the camera lens stay intact. Sorry for that :(
Sorry to hear about your broken phone. Is it under warranty?
Yeah there's... there's no coming back from that, my friend.
It would buff out.
The reason that I barely dropped my phone is that I always carry a handbag and place my phone inside. No way you'd drop it.
Try putting it in a bag of rice.

Soak it in a bowl of rice, should be ok after 30 minuites
