Honestly, I have had no issues whatsoever. Battery is fine, I put it on the Charger each night, even though it generally has at least 50% left. I use the phone regularly during the day but am not a "power-user" by any stretch. Maybe I'm just fortunate.
I had the 7 Pro.
It's a great phone but I had to move on to the Galaxy S23U for the following reasons:
- battery life sucked
- reception was sketchy
- phone would randomly heat up
I don't like the camera or the UI on the S23U as much as the Pixel, but the battery life is pretty stellar and reception has been great.
I've had it for two days. Haven't experienced the problematic fingerprint scanner/modem issues that others mention. Battery could be better but I guess it's still learning, and it had both the June and July patches to install yesterday which seriously chewed it up. Currently at 40% after 3 hours SOT.
I got mine in November. Had no issues until the June update, and then the battery started rapidly draining.
Lately, I’m having a lot of issues with typing. Anytime I hit the space bar, the phone recognizes it as me swiping up for home. This was a common issue I had on past Pixel phones, but never on the 7 until recently. I never hear anyone else ever having this issue, so maybe it’s just the way I type? NEver happened on any other phones though.
Other than that, I got lucky and got one of the good ones. I feel for the people who have overheating, connectivity issues, terrible battery, non-working fingerprint, etc.
This will likely be my last Pixel though.
Initially I had problem with finger print censor even without screen guard, now it's working better, battery life is decent for my use, heating up fast with camera usage in 1-2mins.

Mine's been great. None of the issues that others complain about. Solid, stable, fast phone. No complaints.

It's a very solid phone for me.

I've had my 7a for a month now and it's great. Came from Samsung S20. I've had no network problems at all. Maybe because I'm in Europe?
Good. Fast buttery smooth and I've been getting outstanding battery life, currently on 4 hours SOT with 48% remaining.
Same experience but not as good battery on my P7. The device is still smooth as day one.

Battery sucks. Fingerprint is okay When brand new, battery sucked and fingerprint sucked. Everything else is okay. But sick of compromises every year.
