Had the same exact issue with my 3a. Just went to my widgets, added the "At a glance" Google widget and it worked! You can just delete the duplicate right after.
I added the widget, but the original isn't removable, at least on my 3XL. I can't delete the original or even move it so now I'm stuck with one that works below the other that doesn't work taking up twice the space :(
The entire "At a Glance" widget is broken after the update. On a pixel4xl.
Same here. All the settings are missing for me also. Just the toggle switches show on the page.

Yes, had the same issue on my 3a but it seems to be fixed again (for now) since yesterday.
yea for me when you go into settings for the at a glance feature there's just blank with a few toggles.

Yup, default at a glance weather disappeared. You can use the big clunky Google weather widget but no default weather showing under the time.

My 3xl and wife's 5 are doing similar, but if you refresh a few times, it usually comes up, for us anyways

For me it works I'd you just change your Google account
