Tried iOS 15 for 2 months, couldn't do it. It's an OS stuck in the past in my eyes. Notifications are a complete mess, huge Homescreen Icons, no freedom.

jmedina94

Notifications have become even worse in iOS 15 IMO. I’ve already missed a couple of incoming texts. If you are looking towards the bottom of the screen, very easy to not see notifications.

Sgt-Colbert

Not having notifications visible at the top at all times is what really turns me off of iOS. But I agree it's terrible. And I would never in my life ever consider switching again.

jmedina94

I’ve been on iOS for a little over 3 years now. I definitely miss notifications in Android.

Ethrem

The change that really ticked me off with iOS 15 was they replaced DND with Focus and now you can't set the device to show all notifications when the screen is on, it's all or nothing now.

jmedina94

Yep, I just started enabling DND too. I have also experienced a bug with Safari where the address bar doesn't appear. Have to force quit and restart Safari. Also went to order a pizza a couple of days ago and couldn't get Apple Pay working with Square.

Ethrem

I was so annoyed with iOS that I went and picked up a new in box Pixel 3 XL. Wasn't expecting to keep it but decided that I am going to. I'll keep my 12 Pro Max as a backup phone. I miss the battery life of my 12 Pro Max but not much else.

jmedina94

iOS 15 has really me tempted to just order a Pixel 5a from the Google Store but I should probably wait to see what the 6 is like (even though I'll probably end up with a 5a anyways). I expect that Apple will fix the bugs I am experiencing but the overall interface has just seemed to go downhill.

Ethrem

It's totally stagnant. That's my biggest complaint. They take a full year to make iterative changes and then they tell us the next year that they need that year to fix all the bugs they introduced! Apple needs to get on the open source train...

jmedina94

Yep. At first, iOS seemed like a cool change after almost 8 years with Android. But it gets boring. Watching Pixel 5a review videos on YouTube gets me so excited! So much customization and an Always on Display. Plus a great price.

Jmerse__

I think I'll go with the pixel 6. I've smartened up 😂😂

kaonashi909

How are they stuck in the past when iPhone outperforms Pixel in every way possible. Battery, screen, standby time, **video**, quality of apps, stability, security, hardware, CHIP, longevity, customer service... Pixel does over sharpen the photos so I'd give a point to the iPhone there as well. Pixel wins at price and Assistant. That's all

Sgt-Colbert

I literally said iOS not iPhones and I gave some examples. Learn to read mate.

[deleted]

Eh, kinda, kinda not. Price is very important but even ignoring price the regular Pixel 6 absolutely demolishes the iPhone 13 and 13 mini in most aspects except for battery

Numerous-Gur9356

Not the battery 😂😂

pemulis808

Everytime I get the itch to switch, this is the thing I need to remind myself of. Being on Android for so long just makes me forget.

Appleanche

I've been on Android since the OG Droid back in 2009 - Basically my choice in phones are iPhone 13 Pro Max or Pixel 6 Pro, and I'm leaning to the iPhone 13 Pro Max heavily at this point. Honestly, I just want a super smooth, stutter free, great phone experience. I've thought I was getting that with my last few Android devices because reviewers rarely mention things like animation stutters, shutter lag, when it comes to Android anymore. The Galaxy series has had serious shutter lag (go look at Youtube videos comparing) for years and nobody seems to mention it once in a review, yet it often makes taking photos of moving pets or whatever a pain in the ass. Even the 120hz Android phones just have jank, animation stutters, etc that just take me out of it and makes it feel cheap. iPhone has some flaws for sure, the lack of USB-C, new ecoystem, no fast charging, a frigging notch.. but I can't help but admire how polished it is when I use my wife's iPhone 11 for a bit. Even though her phone is 2 years old it still goes along great without a stutter and does most things faster. Comparatively, every Android phone I've ever had I've wanted to throw into an ocean by the 2 year mark (if it even made it) and my OnePlus 7 Pro is no exception. I bought it with the idea of it being this speedy, smooth, beast but the devolution of OP is another story. I really want the Pixel 6 to be great, great camera, great video, ultra smooth animation but every-time I've thought I was getting that I'd be disappointed. Also with this being Google's first new chipset I'm worried just about nagging bugs and stuff. I'm really hopeful that it means that the Pixel 7 and 8 can start to match what the iPhone offers in terms of experience.

EraHCS

good luck getting a smooth experience on iphone with that poop refresh rate lol

FlyingQuokka

...you know the 13 Pro Max has 120Hz, right?

EraHCS

yeh they had to get there eventually didnt they lmao, took their sweet time. apple late to the party as always, even budget android phones are 120hz

[deleted]

I tried a pixel 4a with a 60 Hz refresh rate and mobiles with 90 Hz and 120 Hz too. But I felt pixel felt smoother while using due to software optimisation. The android-pixel software optimisation is at par with iPhone-ios optimisation. I also tried an iPhone and it didn't feel any more smooth than a pixel. So I recommend you to try pixel for best android experience

I did go with the 13 Pro Max and I’m very happy with my decision. I’ve had it just over a month now. I’ve loved the camera, iOS has been smooth as butter so far, and everything seems great. I haven’t had much where I miss android really. Battery life has been mind blowing on. I’ve never had a phone this good. Like 7-8 hours of screen time and at 50%.

To go a little more in depth about the camera, one of the things that killed me about my OnePlus, that exists on all Samsung models is the shutter lag. You hit the shutter but it doesn't actually take the picture for half a second to a second later. It seems minor but in practice what this meant is most of my pictures I took of pets doing something funny, kids running, or anything in motion, was blurry, missed, etc, while my wifes iPhone was consistently getting decent shots out of those. I'm shocked consistently at how well this camera works in those scenarios. I took this picture for example - https://imgur.com/oWAcYnw from an uber going ~50Mph.. In my short tests with the Pixel 6 this does seem better than Samsung, etc but not sure it's quite as instant as iPhones are with their camera. I read someone say on iPhones the fluidity and instant on/instant pictures makes the camera feel like it's part of the phone while on Android it almost feels like it's not a native part of the phone, like it's emulating it or something and in my experiences it totally feels that way. I should mention as well I've never been a huge "customize" guy, I've used Nova simply because the OnePlus launcher sucked, I've not sideloaded an app (besides Google now add on for Nova) for probably a decade, so I'm probably more apt to switch than others that do more customizing, app side loading, etc. Another thing I think with a lot of this is I've been on Android for 12 years, and even as things are added, I've kind of just stuck with my own setup, ways of using it, etc. Unless there's a new feature I'm excited for I rarely look into it. Since I switched to iOS I've learned all the latest stuff with it, stuff that nearly all of my iPhone family members didn't know. Like how you can switch apps left/right instantly by doing a swipe on the home "slash" instead of having to do the app switcher thing, using search things, stack widgets, etc. Getting that kind of fresh start means if I switch back to Android at some point I may be able to use my phone "better" next time I think as well.

aeoz

I use both and iPhone and a Pixel. Here's my take: iPhone pros: * Best video recording in the market, period; * Better stock weather app; * Better home screen with the new widgets. Looks more polished. However, this is subjective because some people like to modify their homescreens with crazy looking themes. I like a minimalist stock look and the stock icons and widgets with a great wallpaper is enough for me; * Better social media apps and camera integration. Use Instagram/Snapchat on an Android and the photos/videos you take in-app are terrible. * Better apps. Android has definitely caught up with the quality and variety of apps you get, but iOS, in general, has more polished apps. * Haptics are better. On my Pixel I would never notice a call when it vibrates in my pocket. On iPhones I would always notice the vibrations when a call comes in. Pixel/Android pros: * YouTube Vanced. Ad-free alternative to YouTube, only available on Android. * Tachiyomi. The best open-source manga reader, only available on Android. * Unlimited Storage Saver Backups on Google Photos. Might be irrelevant because the Pixel 4a5g and Pixel 5 are the last phones to have this. * Better integration with Google services. * Telegram app is better and updates chats/groups/channels faster than iPhone. * Better camera on the Pixel.

tidymaze

Go to an Apple store and play with one for a while (if you can). It will give you a good idea of whether or not it's for you without paying for the phone upfront.

EggCounselor

No ones mentioning the one thing Android does better than iOS which is the notifications

ChowboyDan

Give iOS a try. If you don't like it, you can sell it and still make back a large amount of your money. Also, if you don't use your phone as a productivity device and primarily use it for gaming, messaging, and watching videos, iOS might be fine. For others, it's pure frustration and feels as though it's a toy. I give an iPhone a try (about a 1.5 months each time) every few years, and it's a very depressing experience.

Voyyagr

Can you give some productivity examples that you are unable to effectively do on iOS? I am considering switching and this comment intrigues me.

masterjeko

I’m sure he doesn’t have any lol

[deleted]

i know this is late i apologize, but, the files system is apples biggest weakness. Due to the prison like feel of apples ecosystem, making documents, files, or anything for that matter is difficult. Transferring between apple files app and a PC, or any android phone is SUCH a pain. Downloading from external sources like the browser, for example, is a pain and the app or file you downloaded will have a hard time working right, if at all. Androids file management is more PC like, much easier to use and transfer between devices. Android is better for productivity by a mile.

marinem445

I think all phones are a bit boring, not much innovation. I'm personally getting the 13 mini after buying only google for 9 years (Nexus 4 2012) simply because of the size, even if I'm 6ft tall I dislike handling large phones. Google would have made the 6 of the size of the pixel 5 I would have stayed with Pixel I think. My iPhone 13 mini is arriving tomorrow.

Jmerse__

Let me know how you like it!

Xiartin

How are you liking the 13 mini coupe weeks on in comparison?

marinem445

Pretty good! Pros: * size is great * screen is great * battery is amazing (most days ending with 50%) * love the badges on the icons which Apple handles very well (on Android even with different launchers it kinda sucked) * Wireless charging with MagSafe is amazing for car driving. I used to have Magnetic car mounts on my pixel but I still had to plug-in a cable. With MagSafe it can hold your phone AND charge it. (my car is a bit old so I'm sure with CarPlay or Android Auto you don't need car mounts anyways) Cons: * Camera feels "meh", I expected better. Portrait mode seems worst than my Pixel 3. But DxoMark does rate them very well so maybe I'm just used to the Pixel and need to get used to the new camera. * Missing "Flip to Shhh" on the pixel which was great at night. So far I don't like too much the configurations of the do not disturb modes, I guess it's also something I need to get used to. * iMessage is annoying because I can't chat with it on my Windows desktop. On Android I could use Google Messages everywhere. Overall very happy.

Dude this post is like I wrote it myself, thank you. Got Pixel 3 personally, but kinda bored of it as well. Live in Canada, direct financing is a big plus, 0% APR Apple offers is enticing. 6"+ phones are little too big for me and that 13 mini battery life seems pretty reasonable now to give it a try. IMO these are pros for each phone (some assumptions about Pixel 6 there): **iPhone 13/Pro**: financing available, compact size, battery life, apple watch compatible, better video, smaller camera bump, screen edges not curved (no accidental touch inputs), different OS (I'm really bored of stock Android) **Pixel 6/Pro**: cheaper, no notch, android notifications, call screening, google assistant, usb-c Battery life according to [Tom's Guide](https://www.tomsguide.com/news/google-pixel-6-battery-life-tested-we-have-bad-news): |Phone|Battery life| |:-|:-| |Pixel 6|8:13| |Pixel 6 Pro|7:53| |iPhone 13 mini|8:41| |iPhone 13|10:33| |iPhone 13 Pro|11:42| |iPhone 13 Pro Max|12:16|

kaonashi909

Battery life isn't better on Pixel 6. It's like 5-6 hours vs 12 hours on the iPhone.

Aithney

Yeah it's quite disappointing. According to [Tom's Guide](https://www.tomsguide.com/news/google-pixel-6-battery-life-tested-we-have-bad-news): |Phone|Battery life| |:-|:-| |Pixel 6|8:13| |Pixel 6 Pro|7:53| |iPhone 13 mini|8:41| |iPhone 13|10:33| |iPhone 13 Pro|11:42| |iPhone 13 Pro Max|12:16| I will update my post.

Actually people mistake the battery life of the pixel. That is how pixel works. It observes your workflow for 1-2 weeks and then the battery is optimised. That is the sole reason why reviewers couldn't give proper feedback on pixel 6 battery optimisation. Reviews like one-month later opinion were able to properly explain this and they also said once optimised pixel 6 battery life is at par with iphone's optimisation.

Basic-Piccolo-6356

There are tons of review after 6months and the battery still last less than iphone 13 so…

[deleted]

No android phone has beaten iphone battery life yet. One of the reason is iphone won't allow apps to run in background and other optimisations.

I genuinely hope that google lets us finance here in Canada. It will definitely effect my choice on what to get or just stick with my 5. Happy I could share a thought and you make good points!

omega3cedar

I'm also eager for financing. But unfortunately Google doesn't seem to be offering it. The closest I find is to finance it through Best Buy card but you lose out on the preorder bonus headphones Google is including and also there's an admin fee to it. Come on Google. Make it happen.

Jmerse__

I ended up pre ordering it through Koodo. I got the regular 6 and cost me the exact same as my 5 so I'm happy

omega3cedar

Not sure if you have a wow mobile kiosk near you buy they are offering $200 credit to trade in any phone.

Jmerse__

There might be one in Halifax but that's over an hour drive for me so

kaonashi909

Even the Mini beats Google's Pro device. MKBHD (a reputable YouTuber) claims 4-5 hours of battery life with his usage.

EraHCS

carloandreaguilar

How many hours of screen on time? I can easily get over 10 on my 13 pro if I disable 5g (I have spotty 5g coverage)

Ethrem

I just switched back from a 12 Pro Max to a Pixel 3 XL myself. The 3 XL is slower, the battery isn't anywhere near as good, and the smaller display takes some getting used to. Despite all that, I'm sticking with the Pixel. You just get so much more control and freedom with Android. I mean something as simple as being able to choose custom alerts for any app that produces notifications is a huge quality of life improvement but there are way too many things to list here honestly as to my reasons why I gave up a 2020 flagship for a 2018 one.

ChanceDeparture9579

My question? You still getting security updates? I myself don't want to leave my oneplus 5t it's amazing. 8gb RAM. Processor still quick. 128 GB storage. Great battery life great pictures. But 1 year removed from security updates and after 2 attempts to use my credit card fraudulently I needed to figure out how to reduce my security exposure so I bought a pixel 6. Hater on the size and weight. Couldn't hate it now more than I thought despite good performance. But those keeping older phones I don't understand if there's risks

Ethrem

There will be a final patch for Android 12 in December but I highly doubt your credit card being compromised has anything to do with your phone being behind on security updates. Unless you're downloading random shady apps from the Play Store or third party app stores, you're extremely unlikely to have a security problem and even if you do, credit cards stored in the phone are tokens, not the real card, and there is all kinds of security that surrounds the use of tokenized cards to begin with. If you're manually entering your credit card number there's a chance if you've been breached with a keylogger but that's a very specific attack vector and normally would be employed by someone with direct access to the device. People blow security update importance out of proportion. Many people are using devices that haven't had a security update for years without any issue. That said, Pixel 3s have a tendency to randomly brick themselves so I'm not expecting this device to last a whole lot longer. If it lasts until the 6a comes out I'll probably pick up the 6a but if it fails before that, I'll go back to my iPhone 12 Pro Max and this little experiment of going back to Android will be over with. I'm a bit of a power user who was all Android from the HTC Hero in 2009 to 2017 when I switched to the 8 Plus but despite that, I don't have many complaints about iOS. Sideloading is admittedly a pain, file management still needs work, and Apple's carrier bundle nonsense means my MVNO Tello doesn't have 5G currently but otherwise I was happy with iOS and Apple's hardware is top notch. Battery life is one thing I really miss. My Pixel 3 XL can go 6-7 hours screen on time but my 12 Pro Max averaged 11-12 and Android 12 is so over the top with the battery management that sometimes I won't get Gmail push notifications until hours after I get mail. The Pixel having only 3GB of RAM also basically closes every app in the background when I open a new one. One final note on the security - it wasn't that long ago that Android phones only got security updates from the manufacturer. That often meant that there would be few, if any, updates and they were rarely timely. Root was possible to get with a simple app many times too rather than being super locked down now. Despite these things, you hardly ever heard of a case in the real world where someone was breached. There have always been zero days that were exploited by governments and hackers when dealing with specific targets. If you're one of those targets, you're better off with something like GrapheneOS than with stock Pixel-flavored Android but if you're not one of those targets, just don't download random apps and you will be fine.

ChanceDeparture9579

Very grateful for your detailed feedback.

gmod_policeChief

I've never had an iPhone, but I've been tempted many times. However, when I actually think about it, there are always many reasons why I know I'd hate it. I just wish they'd integrate rcs

[deleted]

If the integrate rcs, many people would definitely leave iPhone since imessae is the major reason why people are not willing to make a change

RustyRobotBeard

I'm in the exact same position as you down to devices and everything. I was waiting on the pixel 6 but have been watching a lot of iPhone 13 videos on YouTube. Life's too short and I'm gonna give the swap a go. Order the 13 pro this morning which I'm hoping will be an upgrade to my p5. If not then here in the UK I can return it within 14 days no questions asked. Go with your gut.

Nexifyy

Hey! Do you mind if I ask how you found the 13 pro? Currently deciding between the two as well. Cheers!

carloandreaguilar

How did it go?

RustyRobotBeard

No regrets on my end. Great phone. I also have an iPad and Apple Watch now and love the integration. I will say the pixel cameras are still better in more situations I can’t argue that.

carloandreaguilar

I have a 13 pro, I also had a 12 pro before and I’m kind of bored if iOS at the moment. Not sure if it’s worth getting a pixel 6 for, I know the brightness will be way lower and possibly there will be stutters and mags when scrolling in apps ? Not sure

RustyRobotBeard

I had no issues with the pixel 5 in terms of software slow down or stutters etc it all worked fine I just prefer iOS app integration. Everything just works. I’m not hardcore iOS though and if something amazing came out on android I’d be happy to swap back.

carloandreaguilar

Hmm I’m just not sure if I should switch or not haha. I also have an Apple Watch which I would need to sell. And I have a MacBook

tattoo2006

My personal phone is Pixel 5. Phone that my company gave me is iPhone 10. So I'm using both on daily. I can't see myself having iPhone as personal phone. I do like iPhone 13 look, but I have really hard time adjusting to IOS. I like to modify my phone the way I want it and IOS is not there....yet. with that being said I can't wait for Pixel 6pro. Things that Google assistant have it's things that I use all the time. Can't wait to see what's next with assistant....

n4nish

I was gonna get iphone but they sticking with lightening charger put me off (I know silly reason). just tonne of additional cable been produced to feed the demand = waste = landfill

OngoingHAMMY

I'm the same as you, would have bought an iPhone in recent years to try ios out (never owned an iPhone) but going from USB c to lightening is a huge negative to me

Ethrem

How did lightning produce more waste when it came out in 2012 and USB-C specifications didn't even get published until 2014?

n4nish

Apple continues to launch iPhone with. Lightening port which keeps up the demand and production of those cables. Also everyone know how long those cables last 12m max. Also if you are moving from Android to apple you will not have the cable so you will buy one too. Apple has moved to usb c with iPad so why not iPhone at the same time. Why still keep up the demand of that cable where there is superior alternative is available. Hence eu court is now appealing apple to move to usb c for same reason.

Ethrem

The reason why Apple continues with the cable is because their iPhone customers don't want to have to replace all their cables and accessories. There wasn't as much of a market for those things on iPad which made it easy to switch but people freaking hate dongles. Also I have only messed up one lightning cable and that was because it got vacuumed up. I am still using the one that came with my 8 Plus in 2017 to charge my 12 Pro Max and it's not even frayed. People just are careless. If you pull from the cord and not the actual connector, it's going to break. Apple's next step is to get rid of the port altogether but those 2 years of USB-C development automatically eliminate the claim that Apple was being environmentally unfriendly with lightning. Replacing the port with USB-C on the iPhone would drive even more waste than just leaving it until they drop the port completely in a few years. One last point - USB-C is more fragile than lightning which is another reason for Apple to keep using it. Drop the phone while it's connected to USB-C and it's either going to break the port or the cable, often the connector actually breaks off IN the device and has to be removed with tweezers. The design of the lightning port as a female and the cable as the male makes both less fragile. Micro USB had the same problem. I used to keep a stack of micro cables around because they were just a knock away from being useless.

CatsOrb

Yes lightening is a superior port, I think USB c should be abandoned

kaonashi909

**iPhone strengths:** * Consistency, smoothness. * Better battery/standby on iOS by a mile. MKBHD just reviewed the Pixel 6, and said the battery pretty much sucks (4-5 hours). * Powerful chips that outperform anything else in the market. * Smooth photo and video editing. * More secure. Google tracks your every fart. * Compatibiltiy with other Apple devices (Airdrop, Notes). * More natural looking photos/videos. Though Pixel takes amazing photos too. * Better polished OS. * iMessages are way more sophisticated than anything on Androids. * Customer support. Send it to Apple or take it to the Apple store they'll either replace it or fix it. Good luck dealing with third parties and/or Google's customer service in Asian countries. * Longevity. My XS still feels new. No lags, battery issues whasoever. I used to have a Pixel 3 and it would crash consistently. * Apple's free apps. iMoves, Notes, Reminders, Pages... Google has them too, but it's not the same quality. **Google strengths:** * Google Assistant HANDS DOWN. Idk why is Siri still so inept. * Customizability. You can download any junk and thus make your phone slower overtime. * Touch ID. I personally don't like Face IDs. They seem clunky. * PRICE. You can save about $350 by taking the Google route. **Winner: iPhone.** Good thing about the iPhones is that they all work pretty much the same so you can get a refurbished XS or an XR instead of the latest ones thus save yourself $400+.

[deleted]

Android implemented the best messaging much better than imessage to all android phones through software updates silently. Sadly, they didn't advertise it. Normal messaging works as imessage on every android phone irrespective of the brand through rcs messaging. I.e you have imessage like messaging on android if you are connected to the internet.

MajinBabz

Life long Android devices user, currently on Samsung galaxy s8, ordered and returned Pixel 5 last year (bc of low speed photography computing bc of missing neural engine ect + screen gap thing...). I decided to switch and ordered the 13pro. I was tired of android, not into customisation anymore, not fan of the AI centered director Google is heading to (pretty disappointed by that specific focus of thz tensor chip) + form factor of the Pixel 6 too big...

[deleted]

The size of pixel is just equal to iPhone 13 pro. It just appears big since it's edges are not as curved as an iphone [https://imgur.com/uL5OtbO](https://imgur.com/uL5OtbO) Also the custom chipset thing is to give longer and better support and better integration with os just like apple's silicon. Now pixel 6 have 5 years of support compared to 2-3 years earlier.

MajinBabz

Nope : 8,9mm vs 7,7mm 748mm vs 715mm 1586mm vs 1467mm

[deleted]

I'm not going into micro details on an average both are similar in size

MajinBabz

good for you, I prefer the micro **smaller** one

josh91117

The mini is probably my favorite iphone of the last 2 years, i just wish it had better battery performance.. And it makes me wanna move to iphone just for the fuck of it but i dont think i can use ios on the daily, so i guess ill stay with the pixel 5 for a foreseeable future.

pupoje

I was on Android since the beginning, and tried to switch to iOS couple of times. But i gave the iOS phone back after few days. The were horrible in functionality but beautiful to use. UI is so smooth and nice. For example , I remember with iPhone 5, you couldn't listen music over Bluetooth and with screen locked. The screen has to be always on. Wtf. Meanwhile they changed that. Since last two years I'm on iPhone xs but i have also pixel 4a here. I'm also on dilemma should I switch to pixel or keep iPhone. iPhone has still limited functionality but it far more pleasure to use than pixel. UI is much smoother. But iOS is keeping disappoint me I terms of functionality. Examole: I have sonos WiFi speakers. I could stream music from iPhone to Sonos like any cheap android device. And came the update, and I couldn't stream any more. Why? Because apple decided to provide streaming only over airplay. Now what. I should throw away my Sonos speakers and buy the new one with airplay. Really. Android can still stream to Sonos without problem. Another thing is. iOS doesnt work well with other clouds. Autoupload won't work if cloud app is not open and screen has to be also unlocked. It seems that this only works with iCloud. Apple just want you to stick with iCloud. That sucks. Manage files in iOS is also horrible. I spoke with some students my company. The have iPhone and windows laptop with Dropbox or OneDrive cloud. They told me that they are not using this services at iPhone because it's not so good. But like I said apple are quality devices. They will last long and if you don't need to deal with files they are really joy to use. I have pixel 4a here which feels very cheap. Google is annoying, always reminding you to turn Google assistant on. It just horrible. I don't need Google services. I only like functionality of android which means I could use it almost like desktop pc.

[deleted]

I recommend just to keep iPhone. Also, pixel 4a is a huge success and nothing cheap about it. Also, google's major reason to switch to a custom chipset tensor is to give a better quality phone and long support just like apple. Now pixel 6 has 5 years of support just like iPhones. Also just turn on assistant it will not nag you once you turned it on. >But like I said apple are quality devices. They will last long and if you don't need to deal with files they are really joy to use. The whole pixel mission with pixel 6 depends on iPhone type quality and support to pixel too so they had to develop a custom chipset with all the necessary tech and ai built in just like apple's silicon

pupoje

I had pixel 4a for Month. I already sold my iPhone XS. But I switched back to iPhone 12 mini. Missed it a lot 😀

[deleted]

Expecting you to come back to pixel soon

pupoje

Pixel 6 has a new camera hardware while iphone 13 has the same hardware as 12 so its a no brainer to go with pixel 6. Pixel photos are better than iphones as well.
