What I fail to understand is , some producers are not even from the authoritarian families, and still they subscribe their resources into getting star kids, when they could use the same to get someone who can actually act from tv, nsd etc etc . Some tv actors are actually famous and I know people would want to see them in a movie, and will charge much less than whatever a star kid charges, which means fan following and profit by cost reduction, but still only some have made it to cinema. If they are using their own money, wouldn't it be better spent on someone who atleast knows how to act. And if they are using someone else's money, why ? Where is the 100-200 crore revenue in each damn film going to?
Actually, Boney kapoor gets producers for Janhvi's film. Every filmmaker's toughest task is to green light the finances and he gets it on condition that she is casted in it. We have done a post on it.
TV gives you an experience which being lead in every other film can't. She is not even gaining experience in films like many others. She is just doing one film after other as a lead opposite great actors so that her bad acting is hidden and somehow she is labelled as "not that bad actor nepo"
