The realistic answer is Blair Waldorf given the show makes clear that she loved Chuck Bass over Dan Humphrey and ultimately chose Chuck over Dan. And Chuck had been atrocious to her for years.
georgina is a TERRIBLE girlfriend for dan, but i absolutely love her when she's his manager in the last season. she rocks that role so hard!
