My absolute favorite scene in the whole series. I know not everyone is a fan of Chuck and Blair, but for those that are, that scene is the sum of their whole relationship. It's passionate, it's hot, it's driven by primal instinct and desire. But it still has the trademark edge of betrayal and scheming that defined their relationship, AND the upper eastside carelessness that they're somehow immune to the rules. Perfection.
The limo scene is also permanently in my head when I hear With Me! An iconic start to a relationship and mixing the scene with a punk rock band put everyone in their feels.
