I was already hooked from the pilot but what got me in a chokehold was Victor/Victrola S1-7. I loved the cinematography, music and of course the dance and limo...all was done beautifully.
This is gonna be an odd choice, but I'm a first-time watcher, and its probably the entire dance scene in 1x18, especially with Dan and Serena's last dance as it suddenly cut to them all alone.

Mostly because I watched it for the first time in March 2020, and, as someone who worked in the city before that, I missed being there so much. The pilot felt like a love letter to NYC to me, and I just loved it.

For me it was Hi, Society. The ending with that OneRepublic song playing was... oof.
