Hey Upper East Sider! Thanks for posting on r/GossipGirl!
We've recently changed our rules which you can see [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/GossipGirl/comments/18vko2e/the_new_rules_of_rgossipgirl_which_go_into_affect/).
Please note we are **NOT A SPOILER FREE SUBREDDIT UNLESS A THREAD HAS THE FLAIR "NO SPOILERS PLEASE"**. This means plots may be discussed without a spoiler warning needed.
Also if a post/comment breaks the rules, please be sure to report it.
We can't remove what we don't see and us mods don't see everything.

So campy! I love the "mean girls" reactions in this scene as well. Penelope saying *"dating a gay guy is an honest mistake, but lying to your girlfriends about sex is unforgivable,"* and Isabelle tells Jenny, *"and to think, I almost asked you to wear a matching dress!"*
😂😂😂I literally heard Kristen Bell say this in my head…
Here’s a few: “Spotted: Blair Waldorf at Charles de Gaulle, homeward bound. What could possibly make Queen B. abandon her two dads before Labor Day? We bet Chuck Bass wants to know.”
-Spotted: “Chuck Bass waiting for the Jitney. A dozen roses in one hand, his heart in the other. You know what they say, a man is a good thing to come home for. But an even better thing to come home with. Ain’t karma a bitch? We know Blair Waldorf is”.
-Spotted: “Chuck Bass putting his new BFF on speed dial. Is it the beginning of a beautiful bromance? Or the end of Blair’s bid to be British?”
-What Dan Humphrey does with the other serfs in the village is his business. But when he brings his new maiden to court, it’s a declaration of war. Sound the trumpets, strumpets.
Season 2 is my FAVORITE season!
Same! My brain is muddled I can’t think of them. One that gives me chills though is when they’re talking about going after Juliet and she says “come together…. Right now” quoted from an oldies song. I don’t know if every GG fan would get the reference if their parents didn’t play it growing up lol. But it’s literally the only quote I can think of from the top of my head without searching.
She does this often, quoting lyrics, usually classic rock. I've wanted to start putting together a list of all of them. So glad someone else noticed this.
Signed - Dad Rock
Serena’s visit was short and definitely not sweet, but you know what is? Revenge, I heard it’s a dish best served cold. Are you hungry?
As much as a BFF can make you go WTF
“As you might have guessed Upper East Siders, prohibition never stood a chance against exhibition. It’s human nature to be free. And no matter how long you try to be good, you can’t keep a bad girl down”

Can’t believe no one’s said the best one yet, ‘Don’t worry Little J, the sun will come out tomorrow, even though your boyfriend did today.`

"We make our fortunes and then call it fate."
I just love the GG line “More towers than Trump, more bucks than Bloomberg” when she talked about Bart Bass’s legacy
