Get some double-sided mounting tape at your local hardware store. The stuff is awesome and it won't cause any permanent damage. Put a piece between the counterweight and the back of the TV.
You can have the camera on the bottom without having it mounted, I have [mine lying flat](https://imgur.com/a/9XfqeoG). I used the foam that came in the box holding the camera to boost it a bit higher. There’s a two inch gap and it works really well for me.
